Thomas Miller helped me so much - I made an error on my American airline flight and was in the 24 window. He was very helpful getting me on an earlier flight because he warned there would be connection problems in Miami airport. He corrected my error, changed flight and was very patient when credit card needed bank verification. This was stressful for me, but he made it seemless
