It took numerous attempts with my online order to FINALLY get the discount code to be applied- I truly almost gave up it was so frustrating. Eventually though it was resolved- thankfully!

I swear by this brand, and have for a few years. I have sensitive combination skin (eczema) and struggle to find non-prescription products that work, Some of the Inkey products I have tried haven't worked for me (my skin is always trial and error) but the ones that do are perfect. I use the caffeine eye cream, hyaluronic acid cleanser and the peptide moisturiser. The eye cream visibly reduces dark circles and bags, the cleanser is gentle and the moisturiser isn't greasy but nourishing. A little goes a long way with all of them.
I bought these online for the first time (usually go to Boots) after realising I had reward points, meaning I could use these towards redeeming products (which is fab for a loyal customer!). I managed to miss my redemption date by one day and after contacting customer service, they restored these instantly, which was incredibly appreciated. I couldn't fault the transaction and the items arrived sooner than expected, just a couple of days later. Lots of communication in-between. So very pleased that the customer service matches the products!

Order delivered to an incorrect address, unhelpful, condescending and sarcastic customer service replies.

Having an update in a public forum than via email is wonderful too.

Update - After a lot of back and forth, they eventually, sent me my order again, which arrived first try.

Their products actually work. They fast efficient and very economical. I was impressed with how wonderful my skin looked after using their recommendations for only one week

I had difficulty using a discount code for new customers but forgot that I’d ordered from them a couple of years ago however, they honoured the discount code! Great customer experience.

Outstanding customer service. My order hadn’t arrived due the courier, rather than Inkey, however Sandra patiently walked me through some online forms and organised for a replacement to be sent out straight away. The products are fantastic & customer service is always excellent whenever I’ve contacted them. Highly recommend!

What went wrong? The actual question is what went right?

I placed an order for my sister’s 30th birthday at the start of the month, as her birthday was towards the end of the month and I thought that that was plenty of time for my items to be delivered and for me to wrap them really pretty for her special day.

The Inkey List for some reason couldn’t deliver to me initially. They didn’t even tell me that they faced any issues, and I had to find out because I chased it myself!!
They then had the audacity to ask if I wanted a refund or for them to try again. As it was intended for a birthday, I asked them to deliver again please. I regret this now and wish I had just accepted a refund so I could have bought another gift for my sister that I actually would have received rather than the fact that they have taken my money but given me no items!
They still did not manage to deliver! They yet again FAILED!! And, you guessed it, AGAIN they failed to even let me know! I had to chase this up again!
Now, not only have I still not received my items, I had no gift to give my sister for her birthday because they couldn’t manage to deliver one box in a month!

So incredibly shocked and horrified that this is my experience with them as a first time buyer and their lack of care in delivering my items or even in giving me a single update.

Whenever I have tried to contact them through their stupid, failed chat section, I have either received no response, or it’s been useless.

Do not buy from this company because they will just let you down!! I will never purchase from this company again because I have no intentions on waiting a month for a gift that will never come, or in chasing up my own deliveries because they fail to inform customers of any steps in the process.

The costumer chat helped me so much with my skincare routine and in general these products are really good, at least in my unprofessional opinion (I‘m no skincare expert).

I suffer from PCOS and rosacea. My skin tends to be super sensitive with some flare ups on a daily basis and suffer from redness. Inkey has been a God sent! Products are not too harsh; my acne blemishes and the appearance of my scaring have reduced tremendously. I will be a life long customer!

Very kind and responsive customer service. The products are high quality, you just have to find what works for your skin. I will definitely purchase from them again :D

I had some problems with the shipping and the costumer service was very helpful and always kind.

It's bad to over promise and under deliver. I received a damaged product and was unable to find a contact email. I sent a message through FB Messenger and then IG, no response. I tried to chat on the website, the service was closed and I was offered a follow up by email within an hour, which was not done until two days later. Overall, my experience doesn't inspire confidence in the company.
