Thankyou for your review. We do however reimburse our customers for returns of all items faulty or damaged as shown in our policies however when a customer changes their mind this Is down to the customer as with any other business.

Hello De. I am really concerned for this review as I don't believe it to hold valid information. We have attempted to contact you on numerous occasions but have failed to get a reply. We have checked the parcel and its has shown as delivered on the 15th August. They had attempted to deliver before on the 25th July but no one was in and they held onto this at the postal service. I am presuming you did receive one of our emails providing you the information so you were able to reschedule your parcel delivery and I presume everything is OK with your items as I have heard nothing further back.
