Great service
I dropped my laptop off to the IT Folk last week. Jason contacted me a few hours later with an update, having identified and fixed the issue. Following an overnight battery charge and test, I collected it the next day. Fantastic communication and service. Will definitely use this company again for any IT problems.

IT Problems Resolved.…
Janson and his team are an excellent example of a small and dedicated firm. I have used Janson and the IT Folk twice with excellent results. I made a mistake and had to have a complete revamp of my laptop. It took two days to repair and the cost was far less than I expected. When collecting my laptop I had a explanation of what was done and also a suggested security package, which had a 30 day trial. I would recommend The IT Folk to anyone wishing to have major or minor IT problems solved.

I had a very slow Wifi issue
I had a very slow Wifi issue, which turned out to be malware and extension problems. IT Folk fixed it no problem and also installed a more efficient security system than the one I had. Computer's running great! Definitely recommend them.
