Very disappointed. Not my first bad experience with them but the worst. Missing parts in an order with duplicate parts in the package, mislabeled parts too. Was told some parts were on back order which was fine until weeks went by. At that point I called them to see if they could tell me when I might get them. What do you know they told me they had them there that day and we’re shipping out immediately. 2 1/2 weeks later no Parts showed up. Called them again to check in and told them I was told they were shipped out on the 21st and they told me that was not the case and that I never had that conversation with anyone there as far as they were concerned. That’s when I decided I will never order from them again.

Their support is very very rude, I regret to have contacted them.

I had a terrible experience with their customer support team. When I reached out for help, they were dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel like my concerns were unimportant. Instead of resolving the issue, they talked down to me and provided vague, unhelpful responses.

It’s unacceptable for a company to treat its customers this way, especially when we rely on them for their services. I expected much better. I won’t be returning or recommending them to anyone.
