A gem of a find...(pun intended)
My wife lost the stone from her original engagement ring and was devastated. It was what I could afford at that time so didn't match the eventual wedding ring. We looked on line at various options and stumbled across the Jewel Hut website. Amazing variety of rings and offered resizing free, which supposedly delayed delivery by 3 days. I can say the ring we ordered was perfect, resized to fit my wife and the only delay was caused by me not being in for delivery!! Arrived the day before it was expected and was informed by the Jewel Hut and Royal Mail every step of the way. Ordering was simple, service was excellent and the end result is a VERY happy wife. Thanks for everything.

Ordered a nomination charm two weeks ahead of when required. Emailed after 10 days of waiting they said they’d look into it. Emailed again as it was two weeks from original order, I have not received a reply to my email. Item too late now and still no reply.
