I had a fantastic experience with Karpet Kingdom from start to finish. Jamie the sales representative at the Bedworth branch, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Including a follow up call, after the installation to make sure all went smoothly, and to see if I had any questions.

The fitters, Luke and Alex, were outstanding — both were extremely polite, professional, and took great care with the installation and cleared up all mess. Their attention to detail and respectful manner really stood out.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Karpet Kingdom to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.

I ordered a carpet from Karpet Kingdom and I was very pleased with the service provided. They provide a wide range of high quality carpets and I was also pleased with the fitting of the carpet. I highly recommend Karpet Kingdom.

Due to a quick turnaround needed, I called into Karpet Kingdom on a Wednesday to see what they could help with.
Had a visit the next day to measure up, chose the carpet and flooring on the Friday, and a full 2 bed apartment was fitted out the following Wednesday.

Fantastic carpet really great quality.
I have had all the bedrooms and landing fitted recently and it was originally booked in for a few weeks time but there was a cancellation so they got me in really quickly!
Carpet fitters were nice and got on with it and it was completed in good time!

Jamie at the Bedworth Branch was fantastic. He was honest and it was clear he works with integrity.
He provided sound advice regarding carpeting a conservatory and was friendly throughout.

Great service from walking through the door of the Daventry shop to the finished article. Just had a second bedroom carpeted and from measuring to laying it was a week. Best service I have ever had and the carpet fitters were very clean and helpful. Would definitely go there again.

I popped into your Bedworth store to be greated by a Gentleman called Jamie. He was lovely from the start. He wasn't that annoying pushy salesman we all dread he was helpful and gave me plenty of time to decide, and helped with my decision. Im already returning for another carpet for my landing. So much choice for a small branch. I would recommend 👌

Leamington Karpet Kindom have done a superb job of LVT flooring in my kitchen . Looks amazing . The staff was great and matched my lowest quote price . I'm absolutely delighted with the flooring was fitted great with no problems. Thank you :)

Service from the guys in store was exceptional, they went above and beyond to help find what I was looking for (and it looks absolutely awsome).
Carpet fitters were so friendly, respectful and did an amazing job.
I am equally thrilled with the overall finish for the wooden flooring. - only constructive feedback would be that the fitters for the wood flooring work at such a pace, that they overlook some of the smaller detail such as communicating with the customer. Just a little niggle but overall, really thrilled with the service and the way the flooring has transformed my new home.
I am always looking for the best quality at the best price and Karpet Kingdom could not be beaten.
I would highly recommend.
