Website accepting payments; No product delivered.

I waited 8 weeks after placing an order for an in-stock item. Did not receive any communication past order confirmation - no status updates, no shipping updates, no responses to 3 different attempts to reach out to the artist directly. Subsequently learned of many others (on Reddit) with similar experiences. The artist does beautiful work, but he seems to have been out of business for several weeks, if not months, yet the website is still accepting payments. Ultimately was forced to dispute the charge with my bank. Purchase at your own risk.
