Below my last email to the customer service of Thekeggy:
On 26 June, I received an email confirming that my order would be shipped on 6 July.
On 9 July, you informed me that the order had been dispatched and that I would receive the tracking information within 24–48 hours. To date, I have received neither the tracking details nor the goods. As a result, I have no reason to believe that the order has actually been shipped.
It is evident that you have been unable to fulfil the contract despite having taken payment several weeks ago.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled and with the lack of accurate communication regarding my order. Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I intend to share my experience through social media and on Trustpilot to inform other potential customers of the level of service I have received.
As I no longer have confidence that you will fulfil my order, I request an immediate refund of the full amount paid. Please confirm that the refund has been processed without delay.
