I have not received my bed it’s been over three months. You email them they never respond. This is a scam. I’m definitely reporting them to Better Business Bureau and hopefully I will get some results.

SCAMMERS. I have been waiting on a mattress for over 3 months now at first they responded and all of a sudden they stopped. SCAMMERS

Scammer! Been tracking package over a month. Said it was in a warehouse then showed it was delivered. Tried contacting them over 3 times no response. It said it was coming from New Mexico but tracking showed from China. Never received.

Completely scammed!! Im still waiting for my inflatable bed; which they say is being delivered!!!

Scam!!!!!! Still haven’t received my order and no response!

I didn't look at the reviews with this store and I really like what I saw. I ordered I received a tracking number. Did not get package. I inquired Abt package, got a response it was on the way. However, I did not get the package even after the tracking number said it was delivered..
I feel scammed and sadden because I won't order online even though it seems easier. I don't have money or time to waste. So disappointed. Do not order from The Kind Store

warning don't buy any item from this store its scam,i didn't get my order,its been 2 months sincei purchased,they ignored you if you send them a message,

Did not do my homework, fail to read reviews first. SCAM do not order (inflatable bed) I start to order 2 but just 1. SCAM SCAM SCAM. !!!! Ordered May 2nd 2023 haven’t heard anything since.

This company is a scam. Made the mistake of ordering an inflatable bed and they claim it was “delivered” and “signed for”. I went to my local post office to see if anything had been left and they took one look at the tracking number and said it was complete bogus. If you order from them you will lose and be scammed. The “customer response” has been blank it emails from some fake account. Do not go anywhere near this company.

Same here with the inflatable bed. Bogus computerized email responses from a fake Zoe, and bogus BL tracking number. I blame facebook for advertising this scam artist.

Should have read the reviews before purchasing from them. Ordered the inflatable bed and never received it. Got a fake tracking number and a delivery date but I work from home and they never delivered it. Such a scam!!! Contacted my bank and they reversed the charges.

I didn’t receive my item, paid for it. Said it was received and didn’t receive anything🤨🤨🤨🤨

I ordered an inflatable bed from this company. I never received it, and when I reached out to the company I got radio silence. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Like so many other reviews about ordering the inflatable bed. Product was never delivered after receiving questionable tracking information from China. My address is quite safe and the product never arrived. Contacted KindStore and they have not responded at all. What a scam!

Ordered the fold out bed. Was given a tracking number and said it was delivered but to the wrong zip code. They finally agreed to resend the item because they sent it to the wrong zip code to start with. I asked for a tracking number and was told it was sent economy shipping and there is no tracking number. I know better. I asked when it was shipped out and was told not to worry that it was being inspected and then would be shipped. But she said it had already been shipped economy, right? That was over a month ago. Still no bed or refund from the company. Scammers. Do NOT buy from this company!!!

The worst online store I've ever dealt with took him eight weeks for them to send me a message back saying that my item was delivered which it was not. I said messages and never been contacted back. I have to go to the bank to get my money back tonight or from these people

I ordered 3 of their fold out beds, and just like everyone else, it says delivered with date and time, and I haven't received anything. I have cameras all around my house, and no where on the cameras shows a delivery truck pulling up and dropping anything off on date and time. I know it's a scam because when I tracked the packages, it doesn't even say what courier was used.

I only gave them one star for how fast they took my money and had no intentions of shipping the bed to me. I have never heard from them. Nothing but robbers.

I ordered two of their fold out beds. Received a tracking number. It said my order was delivered, but I never got them. It's a shame that scammers are allowed to flourish like this. I will never buy anything I see on social media again. You've ruined for everyone. Lesson learned.
