Hidden or Misleading Fees

When I made my initial transfer, the platform promised minimal fees. But after reviewing my statement, I saw unexpected processing charges. Support just sent me to a long, vague policy PDF that didn't clarify anything. Feels like a bait-and-switch.

App Flakiness & Repeated Logouts

The app itself looks modern, but it's not reliable. Frequent logouts mid-transaction, frozen screens, and one feature after another fails to work. It’s unacceptable for a "digital-first" service to be this unstable.

Card Issuance Fee Surprise

I requested a "free" physical card during onboarding based on written confirmation from support—only to be hit with a retroactive $100 charge. They admitted the mistake but refused to issue the card for free. Felt predatory and disingenuous.

Every time I reach out, I get vague replies and no progress. I was promised my business account would be active in 48 hours. It’s been 2 weeks, and they keep asking for “one more document.

The mobile app crashes constantly—especially during transfers or login. I’ve reinstalled three times, nothing changes. For a “digital bank,” their tech is embarrassingly unstable.

Vanished funds, no help.

I transferred $3,000 to a vendor last week. Funds left my account but never arrived. Kingdom Bank says “we're investigating” but hasn’t followed up in 5 days. This is unacceptable.

I signed up with kingdom bank because…

I signed up with kingdom bank because they advertise quick withdrawals, claimed to be processed within 12 to 24 hours. When I requested a withdrawal, I expected it to arrive promptly, but here I am, five business days later, still seeing no sign of it. Every message to support only says the issue is out of our hands, and I’m asked to wait, no clear explanation, no timeline. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially considering I had faster withdrawals in the past for smaller amounts. The lack of transparency is the real problem, it's like they don’t care about their customers once money's on hold.

I’ve had a very positive experience

I’ve had a very positive experience with The Kingdom Bank. The team is always ready to help, and as long as your documents are in order, you won’t encounter any issues. It’s also great to see that the bank keeps growing and actively works on introducing new services.

One of the most useful features for me is the crypto functionality, which makes managing digital assets much easier. On top of that, the fact that the bank provides a VISA card is a huge advantage — especially because when paying in USD, there is no conversion at all if you have USDT on your account.

I would also like to express my special gratitude to my personal manager, Kerem D., for his support and professionalism.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and look forward to seeing how the bank continues to innovate and expand its services.

No way to run a business

I opened an account and requested IBAN numbers to transfer funds. The customer service support was initially helpful and quick to respond. However documents which I provided did not appear to satisfy their compliance department and no such numbers were provided. I followed up with three further emails to resolve this but the support person ignored them all and sent no replies. Not surprisingly I closed the account. Advice? - AVOID.

The response today from Kingdom Bank is typical of their 'boilerplate' response, claiming "a coordinated campaign involving repeated, false claims that do not reflect genuine customer experiences."

Be assured that my review was not part of any imaginary 'coordinated campaign' and was an entirely factual and genuine customer experience.
