I have bought many items from them over the years
I have bought many items from them over the years and have always had a good experience, never let down, The most recent was when a toy malfunctioned it was sent back to them, it was repaired, and delivered back to me here, email contact was kept at all times, and all emails answered the same day they were sent.
I will continue to buy anything I need from them with out a worry.

Great products, fantastic service.
Amazing variety of products, swift delivery and could not have handled a query over one of the items supplied any quicker or more professionally. I would not hesitate to buy from these guys again, and hope to do so very soon.

Shocking company to trade with
Shocking company to trade with, you pay for goods online, follow their order process and expect delivery, when the delivery date passes, you have to chase them and they then inform you the order is with supplier.
Requested the order is cancelled as I was not informed of this delay at the time of placing the order,
great email correspondence and instant ish reply, but 15 days later no refund.
Ordered from another supplier who supplied the goods within 48hrs.
I would avoid trading with this company.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service.
I have checked back in our system and it seems that the initial order was placed while our business was closed for 2 weeks, and that any "in progress" orders may experience delays. We had banners on our website indicating that there may be delays on orders because of this.
I can see that all of your emails were replied to promptly, despite the business being closed and having limited access to emails.
You were also notified that because we had limited access to our systems during this period, your refund could take around 14 days to action. Once actioned, it takes several working days to process a refund, and this varies depending on your bank.
We are thrilled to announce that we are now the sole supplier of Venus 2000 sex machines, accessories and spares in the UK.
I'm pleased to see that you have ordered more accessories for your Venus 2000 from us since, so we are happy to know that your previous experience hasn't prevented you from shopping with us again. Thank you for your custom.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy. I have checked back in our system and it appears that you seemed to be disappointed that you were not able to receive a refund on a non-refundable item (an event ticket) on our website. We make it clear online that event tickets are limited in number and therefore non-refundable in the event you change your mind about attending. This is standard with almost every ticket purchased online. I did note that the accommodation that you booked was refunded as a gesture of goodwill, and therefore the price of the ticket that could not be refunded was just £19. Please note that the retailer you have dealt with is The Kinksters. We are confused by the mention of 3 different business names.
