The service is always so brilliant

The service is always so brilliant. I rang before hand for some advice on alternate yarns and I received perfect response. Order came quickly, as always, which is lovely when you are looking forward to starting a new project.

Always a pleasure to shop with knitting…

Always a pleasure to shop with knitting Network, such a huge variety of different lovely wool to choose from, excellent quality and if the wool you choose is not quite the colour you wanted you can return , excellent customer service and times I have phoned staff are so lovely and helpful. Delivery is quick and well packaged.

Arrived well packaged

Arrived well packaged, I already had some of this yarn,from a while ago, and the new yarn arrived and it's the same dye lot. Excellent 😁
Now off to choose a pattern.
