I placed an order three weeks ago, and there has been no update on dispatch since. Despite reaching out multiple times, all I've received is the same generic response: "We are looking into the issue." There’s been no real effort to resolve the problem, and it feels like once they have your money, they lose interest in providing any support.
While the designs are attractive, the quality of the materials feels subpar. Be cautious when dealing with this company—nice aesthetics, but poor service and low-quality materials make it a frustrating experience.
I was a little bit affraid when placing the order due to poor reviews, but gave it a go as the coat was only available at Kooples online store in the size I needed.
It arrived very quickly (2 working days) in garment protection. Very happy with the service.
I ordered a dress and a sweater. The sweater appeared to be not the one I ordered. I returned everything 2 months ago, but I haven't still received my refund. I've sent multiple emails to the company, but no answer. They stole my 100 eur. Just like that. Nice job The Kooples!
So I bought fairly outrageously expensive leather trousers and after TWO weeks and nothing… I have continually asked for a refund and had zero response from their customer service

It was my favourite brand until they closed their Brussels store and became unreachable by phone neither by email.. I ordered 6 items and I wanted to return one but they just said it’s not possible, for no reason :(
I purchased a dress and received it on Sept. 27 2023. I opened the package and immediately noticed a snag on the chest area, very noticeable. I called and was directed to email customer service and provide photos, which I did. They responded that they didn't receive the photos almost immediately. So I resent them. Heard nothing from them until Oct.2, with the same response from Ales...they didn't receive the photos. So I sent them again and cc'd myself. The photos are there and I was able to see them on my previous attempts to get them the photos.
Addressing returns, especially for damaged products should be seamless. I made this purchase because of an upcoming event. I doubt I'll have the dress in time and I gave myself plenty of time from the date I ordered it to the time I will need it.
Bought an expensive handbag and after about 18 months the clasp broke off - a sheared break in the metal - this was a bag I kept for special occasions and was not used very often. The company refused to offer repair or replacement. This is very poor service and especially with the poor quality of the fastening.
I had several purchases from the website. Some items were a bit small, had to return them ( reimbursement was fast and never a problem). The quality of clothes is decent. The thing that I would improve is the size recommendations on the website and a chance to exchange size down or up without price change. All in all, I am completely satisfied with my shopping experience here.

Imagine ordering an item. Paying for it. Never receive it and having the company you purchased the item from making it your problem by telling you they will not refund your purchase until they received it back at their warehouse. To me this is fraudulent way of doing business. In short a scam and so do not order or purchase from the KOOPLES ⚠️
never shipped my order. I followed up multiple times only for them to say they shipped my order. When I showed proof on their own website of how the order has not shipped, they were willing to provide partial refund back.
Will never order from them again
I had an issue with a dress I'd bought from Carnaby Street. I contacted customer service and had a reply back from Maya in 24 hours. I was asked to send the dress to Paris and within 2 weeks had a full refund including the postage. I did panic after reading reviews on here but have no complaints, Maya was very helpful.
Good quality but price is too much for the brand I prefer buy on sale
A company that cheats customers does not provide any claims support.
I made an order on line, 2 days later, they say:
1)payment did not to through- not true the authorization was in my credit card
2) i had to order again: now sales where over and the dress was 4 times the price
3) when I claim, they say the dress is not longer available, and I proved it was with a print screen
4) sent several emails.... 2 months later still waiting

Appreciate their focus on sustainable and ethical production practices .I’ve had some experiences ordering direct from the Kooples. Honestly it’s one of the better ones I’ve had purchasing direct. Decent quality clothing too. Delivery was alright aswell.
Bought several items of clothing rom them online. They arrived and I shipped them back 1st week of January and I saw from the UPS tracking number that the package had arrived at their facility. However, several weeks later I had still not received my $700 refund. I submitted several customer service forms on their website and also called their customer service line several times. Each time I as told they would get back to me in a few days. Still nothing 3.5 months later!!!! They will just take your money!!!
i went into the kooples at selfridges in the bull ring and initially tried on the new rhinestone blazer. I then returned to buy the trousers with my sister. The service was impeccable and the staff are incredible. So much so, my mother went back today to buy the jacket so i could wear it on my birthday and the woman remembered me and said happy birthday even though i wasnt even with her. I highly recommend the Kooples in the Bull Ring in Birmingham. The customer service is absolutely incredible and i will definitely be returning!!
