Terrible experience with returning an…

Terrible experience with returning an order. First I couldn’t generate the return label online. It took more than 2 weeks to get one from CS. Sent the parcel more than a month ago and still no refund… Response to my many emails is poor, they never have updates, shocking! Should have read reviews before ordering.

Don't waste time...contact your bank's Retail Dispute Team to get your money back

Don't buy from this company, you will regret it! Appalling none existent customer service. Goods never arrived and no help or response from "customer services". Lazy, entitled workforce with bad attitude never respond. My bank Credit Card Refund Team are excellent and refunded me and fight with The Kooples (Global-e) on my behalf.

The French customer service number 0800 260 588 listed is out of operation.

IF YOU PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD, CONTACT YOUR BANK RETAIL DISPUTES TEAM WHO WILL REFUND YOU AND FIGHT YOUR CLAIM...THE MORE PEOPLE WHO DO THIS THE MORE HARM TO THE KOOPLES (Global-e) AS A BUSINESS AS THEY DON'T DESRVE TO BE IN BUSNESS...BANKS SIMPLY WON'T WORK WITH THE KOOPLES Global-e IF THEY KEEP HAVING TO FIGHT REFUNDS AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE...maybe then, and only then, will The Kooples Global-e re-think their business ideology, get their bad customer attitude and contempt issues resolved and finally respect their customers, you know, the customers who actually make it possible for The Kooples Global-e employees, management and executives to have their jobs. Disgraceful. Make that call to your credit card or bank now!

These guys look like they are about to go bankrupt, that or it's just a cultural issue.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Scratch that, negative 50 stars. This company is so atrocious that it’s hard to believe they are in business at all, take it from the sheer number of dissatisfied customers whose horrible accounts are on this website. I placed an order with them two months ago. Received the item and it had a straight up hole in the front of it. Not sure quality control exists. I contacted them immediately to arrange a return. No response. Contacted again, no response. Eventually got an email saying my email had been forward to the “quality department,” something I have a hard time believing exists. Never heard back from them. Contacted customer service again, told me they were still waiting to hear from this (fictitious) quality department, which is supposedly within their own company and yet they cannot “get a response.” Hard to believe that. I even contacted both their French and English customer service emails, via email and the website. For weeks the website contact form was broken (on purpose perhaps?) Two months after placing my order I am still out several hundred dollars, have a dress with a hole in it in my closet, and can’t get a response from anyone. I am just at a loss for how this is acceptable. Hoping that their business will completely tank as they continue to do this to all of their customers, no one should be allowed to conduct “business” like this. This is obviously fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Kooples are not making the refund, they have stoled my money!

i have made the return on 19 of September, order number 12000008068 / 2000089899, they have received my return on 29th of september. More than 1 month passed but i still didnt get any refund. Nobody is answering my emails. There is no number where i cam call and speak with somebody. What a shame! How can i get my money back,

Order 12000007983 Refund taking forever

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Wasted more than a month waiting for nothing! My order 12000007983 has been returned to their warehouse 4 weeks ago. But I still haven't received any confirmation email or refund. I have called and emailed the kooples multiple times. 9 of 10 calls didn't even get through. Even if they picked up my call, the answer was not helpful at all.

There is ZERO customer service in this company. I am shocked why this company still exists given so many complaints and such a low review score.

Please get back to me, The Kooples!!!

I ordered a leather jacket in their sale. Big mistake.

I ordered a leather jacket in their sale but I ended up getting an email saying my order was cancelled. Their website was still showing the item in stock so I tried to purchase it again hoping this time the order would go through, but I got another email saying my order was cancelled. Not to be deterred, I managed to get a Kooples leather jacket elsewhere.

Despite getting cancellation emails for my two orders, I did get charged for them and both jackets ended up arriving. Now I have three leather jackets when I only wanted one.

I have attempted to return the two jackets I received from their website, but their return system won't let me generate a return form or label. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service but have received no response.

I do love their clothes, but they have lost me as a customer. At this point, I think the only way to get a refund is to file a Paypal dispute or to do a chargeback on my credit card.

No REFUND given

No REFUND given - I sent a return from NZ that Kooples received on the 30.9.22 I have sent emails and FB message and still no reply. I love their clothes and bought quite a lot while in France earlier this year but I won't be buying online from them again. Can someone please reply to me as this purchase is $400, the only reason i sent back was because it was too small!

Kooples free returns are impossible…

I have ordered several items online however the online system does not let me return some of the items due to a technical error. After I called the kooples contact number I got helped by an extremely unfriendly lady who even insulted me that I am telling different stories! How should I know what the problem is with your system and where the error is? Extremely rude customer service and would never buy online again!

Terrible quality and service

I bought a suit from Kooples which was beautiful, but after maybe 12 wears the fabric on the trousers completely gave out. The seams are fine, but the material just shredded apart in the middle of a party!
I reached out to customer service who are very slow and unfriendly. They said that the quality meets all of their requirements - which says a lot!
Stay clear of Kooples, you would be better buying fast fashion for a fraction of the price since it lasts for years.

Shopped here since wandering across a Kooples shop in Wimbledon in 2015.
Love it, I often buy from them especially in the sales.
Returned two items due to ordering wrong size, customer service has always been good, easy to return.
Deliveries are tracked usually with UPS or TNT all the way from France

Ridiculous service and terrible customer service - None actually!! How can you tell a customer that you can not do anything and tell them that they are interrupting you? I am shocked at how bad it is! NEVER again I will be purchasing from a brand that is treating its customers like that! Horrible...

Bad experience

If I could, I would give this company 0 stars. It took almost 2 months to get my $250 refund back. After FINALLY getting back to me, they gave me a $40 promo code and it doesn't even work. They also hung up on me a number of times. Overall, do not recommend shopping here.

I have shipped back the order on…

I have shipped back the order on September 3rd, package arrives at Sep 12th, Sept 13th respectively, it has been 14 days where said on the website
"You will be refunded within 14 days from the day of receipt of your returned order to our warehouse."
Had followed up with multiple emails, my initial email was responded with "has escalated to managers" will you get back to you in 2-3 days but has been 7 days. Followed up, no reply and customer service number hang me up. Is there anyway I can get my money back?

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE _ NO REFUND _ NO RETURN????

I have ordered an item and would like to return it back. I followed all the steps and received an email with the " so called" shipping label. When press to print the shipping label the page you have been directed gives 404 error so I have no label to be able to return
For the last 2 weeks I am trying to reach via em-mail, social media and NO SINGLE RESPONSE - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE NON-EXISTING CISTOMER SERVICE. This is 2022, how on earth this can be possible. I just want my refund and shipping label, THE KOOPLES WHERE ARE YOU? DO YOU EVEN EXIST?

My experience ordering online was great, delivered in 5 working days, great quality of the item. The only concern I had is that website changed after I've ordered, so I couldn't see my orders history anymore, probably would have problems with return if needed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

One of the worst experiences and shops I have bought from. Spoke to customer service for a refund of a FAULTY product 3 months ago, still have not received a refund and every time I speak to them they have to clarify something and get back to me. They have high prices and absolutely rubbish service!
