Caveat emptor

Possibly the worst experience I've had with an online purchase. Everything about it was way harder than it ever should be, from ordering, from paying, from unresponsive support to never receiving my goods. I had to use Article 75 and get the bank involved to get a refund, which I finally received five months after initial order.

Apologises as we dont use TrustPilot at all

1) Unfortunately we do not service B2C customers - "UK Terms and Conditions of Sale for Business To Business" is clearly stated on our website, and you have to agree our terms of sales before proceeding. It even requests in the checkout , VAT Number and Company Name.

Our model is working B2B, so we asked the contact for his VAT Number , and company information and it was not provided so the order was cancelled

2) Since then the author has rightfully claimed back his refund by the payment gateway and meanwhile our company was requested to made a BACS payment to refund to the authors direct bank account. Since May 2025 the author has not responded to any communication about the double refund, so we are proceeding with Thomas Higgins to the matter to court.

We have since reviewed our processes to ensure no orders can be entered onto our website with the correct B2B details.

Shambles

Shambles. Won't ever go near these again. Paid £15 delivery for a small package to be delivered, item was in stock but a week later still excuses for not shipping the item. There are dozens of companies competing with next day delivery for a fraction of the price that will actually ship the goods. Head ache and ended up cancelling the order as I ran out of time and paid extra to get a same day from Amazon.

Apologises again for the late reply as we dont use TrustPilot.

Unfortunately the same occurred as this was B2C transaction , but our delivery charges are clearly shown on our website for the companies ordering to choose to proceed or not , or to choose a service level, we have since ensured no B2C customers can place orders by adding compulsory fields like company name, and VAT registration numbers
