Do not order from this website!!

Do not order from this website!!! I ordered in December and 4 months later I have not received my shoes or a refund. They are ignoring my emails, but still sending me marketing emails, so I know that they are still active. I am frustrated with myself that I did not read the other bad reviews here before I ordered.

disappointing

I purchased a pair of shoes from the company’s website and returned the item within the permitted return period. The return parcel was shipped on February 6 and was successfully delivered to the seller on February 11 at 15:35, signed for by MARTIN at the front desk.

According to the seller’s return policy, refunds may take up to 15 days from receipt of the returned item. However, this time period has already passed, and I have not received any refund.

I have contacted the seller several times by email to ask about the status of the refund, but I have not received any response.

As the seller has already received the returned item and the refund period stated in their policy has expired, I am requesting assistance in resolving this matter.

Terrible experience: poor quality and customer service that completely disappears



My experience with The Last Conspiracy (Order #22562) has been extremely disappointing. The boots looked great, but after one single wear, the zipper broke off completely. For a brand that positions itself as “premium,” this is unacceptable.

I contacted them immediately and they promised me a refund or a replacement pair (size 37 or 38). But after that first message, they simply stopped replying. No updates, no solution, nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails over the past month — including clear photos of the damage — and they just ignore everything.

At this point, it feels like they make promises they have no intention of following through on.
For the price and the branding, this level of service is honestly shocking.

I would strongly advise others to be careful purchasing from this company.

Ordered a pair on Oct 23

Ordered a pair on Oct 23. Sent several emails asking for an update- no response. I finally received a refund today, probably because I told them I was going to call my bank. No apology or explanation. The boots I wanted in the size I ordered are still for sale on the website.

I ordered two pairs of boots, but still nonreactor, only that a label is created for UPS but nothing happens. I really hope that I will still receive my shoes as the purchase is really a lot of money for me. So TLC I really hope to hear something from you. Fantastic brand that deserves patience and understanding

In short: if you’re having trouble reaching them, your emails might be landing in their spam folder.
TLC really doesn’t deserve harsh criticism, and cancelling bank transactions or leaving negative reviews without genuinely trying to contact them properly isn’t helpful for anyone.

Like some others, I experienced a “loophole” myself—a situation that lasted several months.
In my case, a few weeks after placing an order, my initial order had to be canceled because an item was out of stock. I contacted them and decided to wait for the shoes to be produced again, but it took longer than expected to confirm that this wasn’t possible. However, everything was resolved this week thanks to a very accommodating offer from the manager.

During that time, I had to follow up by email multiple times and once by phone. As a long-time customer, I felt confident that this was simply a customer service tracking issue, not a scam as some have suggested just below (by the way, once you receive your order confirmation and the provision of a tracking number, you can be sure it’s not a scam!).

While I don’t have all the details, it’s important to know that TLC has faced issues: they’ve been hacked, emails ending up in spam (still ongoing from what I understand), health issues, and warehouse troubles a year or two ago. If you’re having trouble reaching them by email,chances are your message is in their spam folder.
I know it’s not ideal, but remember—this isn’t Amazon or Zalando. TLC is a small business with just a few employees who can’t always respond as quickly as the giants...

There are several email addresses and a phone number you can use to contact them—try a different email on your side if needed...

All of this is to say that TLC absolutely does not deserve the 1-star reviews. TLC is one of my favorite brands, with a unique style and consistently high quality. I still own my first pairs of shoes from ten years ago, and despite heavy use, they’re still in great shape! Only the soles have needed to be replaced in a shoes repair shop (which is normal!). The shoes themselves are incredibly durable and the sneakers are almost indestructible with proper care.

In conclusion, if you have trouble contacting them after an order or a return, it’s most likely because your messages are going to spam or something similar. Until they get this issue fixed, try using other communication methods!

For Nicolas : I know for a fact that the manager was out of office until June 9th… so it’s likely that no one was able to handle your order within 5 business days due to the issues they’ve been facing.

No news after order

Order the 02/06/2025, supposed to wait 48h for shipping information, after two weeks still nothing.
I send multiple email, with differents mail adress, contact via instagram and whatsapp, no answer from customer service.

I can understand the delay especially because it's seasonal sales, but not answerring the emails just look like scam. I also asked for refund but again, nobody, now i have to ask my bank to cancel the payment.

Please consider very carefully before placing an order

Please take the following comments seriously. There is a reason behind those 1-star ratings. Similarly, there is also a reason behind the 5-star ratings. However, buying from TLC is like a trip to the casino, where you can either win (beautiful boots and 5 stars) or end up with empty pockets: no boots, no money (1 star). This is certainly not the shopping experience you would expect in the 21st century, especially within the legal framework of the European Union.

My story

I also have a pair of TLC boots from the past, and I am very satisfied with them. My new order was the same size, but these boots were small. I returned the boots and received a confirmation email on 13th January 2025 that my return was received (return number RMA5579443), with a promise to refund within 15 days, and that was all. After that, complete silence. I sent 3 follow-up emails requesting my money back: on 17th February, 6th March, and 23rd March. None of them received a response. Of course, the money wasn’t refunded either. And we are talking about hundreds of euros here.
I only received my refund yesterday, on 15th May, and only because I initiated a chargeback request with my bank, which took care of getting my money back. TLC would not have refunded anything.

Looking at other people's feedback here, it’s clear that not refunding money is not a temporary issue, but a deliberate pattern of behavior. The attitude seems to be: let’s just rip off international customers, where can they complain?!

Completely incomprehensible behavior from a company whose greatest asset should be its name and reputation. And yet, I find myself in the position where, as a previously satisfied customer, I am now leaving a 1-star review!

No refund

Can see that several customers have had the same experience. Fantastic quality boots, have bought 6 pairs over the years but something has happened to this company. I think they are struggling. They do not refund returns. I sent back a pair 5-6 months ago and have contacted them several times but they do not refund my payment.

Thanks for your review. It's very interesting. We can see that, you have returned an item, which has been refunded in February. Also, we can see, that you for some reason doesn't follow our terms, and create a return form, which we clearly write in our terms, as well in the letter attached to the order. Strange.
So, If we can give a rating, we would give you 3*. You bought an item, but doesn't follow the terms. Our questions is then: If you think the item is good, but the customerservice is not good, why do you give it 1*?

No Package, no Answers

I already own a pair of boots and just LOVE them.

So this time I wanted to buy a pair of boots for my girlfriend. Right after ordering I recieved an automated confirmation, which said I will get another mail, when the package will be sent.
I recieved no mail so I tried to mail them.
Another automated mail, that replies can take 3 days or longer.
NO ANSWER.
I sent several mails, from 2 mailadresses.
No answer...

Then we sent a letter per post. My Tracking Number says it arrived.
But again, no answer....

Amazing shoes and boots!

A couple of weeks ago I ordered what would be my fifth pair of shoes/boots from TLC. Very fast delivery, within 36 hours. Turned out my foot didn’t match the shoe, so I returned them, and now they are refunding me the full amount.
The few times I needed to engage with the customer service, they always went above and beyond.
Quality of the products are amazing, can’t wait to get my next pair.

poor costumer service

By far the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I returned a pair of boots which the last conspiracy received on the 13th of January. I still didn't receive my money back and the costumer service takes 2 weeks + to reply.
The products are good quality, but the costumer service is just too bad. My advice is to stay away from this company.

Just stay away

The order arrived on time and was ok. I returned the product because they didn’t ft.

The return process took a long time because they don't respond to emails or respond after 1-2 weeks when you become more insistent.

Although the products are of quality, I do not recommend this company.

I recently purchased a pair of Ernaldo…

I recently purchased a pair of Ernaldo sneakers from The Last Conspiracy’s online store. Although they don't normally offer shipping to Bangladesh, they made an exception for me and shipped the sneakers via the national postal service. The delivery took just over two weeks, which I think is reasonable considering it's a bit longer than UPS. I’ve just received the shoes, and I’m really pleased with both the style and the quality. It was definitely worth the wait. This is my first pair, but I’ll definitely be looking for another one in the future.
