The product worked just as it said and exceeded expectations!

After trying everything including so called experts I found lawn pack.first time used it 4 weeks ago and look at difference super.

Despite following the instructions to the letter, the Lawn Pack did not work on the patches on my lawn. Therefore, I contacted them with before and after photos and timings of what I did when. Over the course of several emails that were evidently fishing for me to make a mistake, I was told that because I didn’t mow the lawn at quite the right time, the guarantee would not be enacted. This “guarantee” is a complete fallacy; you will never get your money back, you will always have done something slightly wrong about which you knew nothing, meaning the fault lies with you. Their “guarantee” is simply not to be trusted. I have felt at every turn that I was not being asked questions in order to find a solution to my lawn, but to find a reason not to enact the guarantee. It worked, of course; I firmly believe that no matter what I said I had done, it would have been the wrong thing or at the wrong time or in the wrong order, and therefore my fault. Be warned!

After trying several different treatments for my tired looking lawn I found The Lawn Pack on FB . After buying and following the comprehensive instructions it has made a huge difference. Two weeks in and my lawn is already looking so much better , even though results take 4 to 8 weeks. Really pleased and impressed.

We had fantastic results with this. I had a query which I emailed and a member of the team replied within a day. Our lawn was non existent in places so we dug it all up and started again, enriching and aerating the soil then applying all the products in the lawn pack. The instructions and aftercare info supplied was great and we followed the watering schedule. Pretty straightforward all in all. Within a week the seeds germinated, within 4 we had a proper lawn we had already had to mow twice. It has transformed our outdoor space and I would highly recommend.

Firstly, I know NOTHING about gardening! Secondly, this kept coming up on my Instagram and Facebook, so I assumed it was a scam product, but I took the leap of faith! So, when I got this, I did read all instructions because I assumed I’d do it wrong. Then following the instructions I thought I had ruined my lawn…..then I eventually mowed it after leaving it to grow out, and wow! It is amazing and shows if you follow the steps, anyone can do it and have amazing lawn! I promise you, this is written by a real person who was unsure this was even a real product.

Suzanne walk the extra mile to collect my return parcel from a store due to my mistake of not sending direct to their office address.

It is beyond their company policy but Suzanne helped. The problem was resolved immediately instead of waiting the parcel return to me then send out again.

This customer satisfaction mentality and flexibility gave me confidence I will buy again from them.

Terrible company, they rip people of paying loads of money! They blocked me from the lawn fan fb page just because I was telling the truth about how bad the products is. I paid by credit card! I did a charge back and they refunded me after weeks of ignoring my messages!

The lawn pack doesn’t work ! Now my lawn is full of grass seed and blames the birds!!!

I had high hopes for this lawn pack after seeing all the positive reviews and the promises made on their website. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. I purchased the starter pack hoping to improve my patchy lawn, but even after following all the instructions carefully, my grass is still very patchy with no noticeable improvement.

What’s been even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. I’ve emailed them multiple times for advice and support, but have yet to receive any kind of reply. It’s disappointing to spend money on a product and then be ignored when it doesn’t work as promised.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this based on my experience. The product didn’t deliver, and the customer service has been non-existent.

A superb product! I recently moved into a new house where the previous owners had never looked after the lawn. In 4 weeks from re seed the results are unbelievable. Was very impressed but agree with other reviews on here - takes a lot of work before hand and to keep the grass moist onwards before first cut.

As others have said, it's expensive for what it is and certainly wouldn't cover 50sqm as advertised. Over 10sqm of fresh top soil, following their instructions I managed a patchy 2sqm. I have had better results using grass seed from other shops.

After coming across this page a few months ago and my lawn looking very very tired so decided to order the lawn pack for the very first time. I was very sceptical at first, but after reading the reviews, I thought I’ll give it a crack. From when making the order to finally seeing the results today I can honestly say it works and you have to do if your lawn is looking bad like mine was. From some of the product’s that was in the pack I wouldn’t have had a clue doing this myself. I will not be trying different things myself and wasting money. This is my go to every single time. 10/10 amazing results I will notes YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE STEP BY STEP if you miss steps you will not get the best results so keep that in mind.

Complete satisfaction with this product, from the process of the ordering to the step by step guides and videos available to assist the newcomer to the Lawn Pack. Does exactly what it says on the advertising. I was not disappointed and my lawn grows from bare patches to a lush vibrant green lawn. Highly recommend this product and brand.

Started my lawn renovation on the 12th of April using the Lawn Pack, had germination within 7/8 days and a full lawn in 4 weeks. The pack came with seed, fertiliser and a bio boost. The instructions and guidance were clear, not to mention the ongoing support and information on the Facebook group and via email.

One thing I will say… This stuff is not magic! People expect to put the seed down and get results, you have to ensure you prep well and water water water or you won’t get the results, but as mentioned above with the ongoing support I can’t see how you could fail!

Very, very expensive for what it is.

I've had far better results by myself just buying good quality grass seed and fertiliser from a garden centre.

I bought this expecting it to be better and it just isn't. You still need to do all the usual prep, scarify, aerate, top dress with decent top soil etc.

It's just very expensive for what they send and you can buy better products separately yourself.

This isn't a silver bullet. Completely underwhelmed.

I ordered the pack as a first time user and not knowing what to expect at all.
The box arrived and everything was simple and clearly packaged inside.
A simple easy to read set of instructions and additional pictures to aid in the description ( as words are not always as clear as pictures, however great you can describe something).
I followed the steps exactly and the spent a whole day weeding, seeding,fertilising and then covering all with topsoil.
The garden looked a mess once finished (hahahaha). However within weeks there was life and now I have a full lawn that has been cut twice.
I did have 2 problems. Well 3 if you count them individually.
My 2 cats, they dug up a few areas when they tried to dig the garden and the other was the supplied liquid. Getting the measurements quite right was a little difficult,
My suggestion is a redesign of the bottle to have a measure window in it or a measure spout built in.

Totally loved this pack though and would use again.

Applied the pack mid April after aerating and scarifying the life out of it (it was mostly moss and clover). Followed the instructions and kept it watered. Just done the first mow and honestly, grass from the new seed looks and feels fabulous. I now have a few disappointing patches where the old grass was that I didn’t overseed so I’ve order more seed to get it perfect. Would thoroughly recommend as the past few years my lawn has been a ‘moss’ 👏

My lawn was full of big bumps and lumps before, I completely removed raising turf and levelled everything out, leaving a blank canvas for the new seed.

I seeded on the 20th April and just done the first cut yesterday after being on holiday for a week and the results are nothing short of amazing!

Hard work definitely pays off, with the right prep, you will receive great results!

My lawn now feels like a thick carpet already in just the few weeks it’s been growing and will only get better and keep nice with all the seasonal packs from lawn pack!
