I’ve had a very positive experience using this lead generating service. The platform is well organized, easy to navigate. They do provide a consistent flow of quality leads that align with my target market. What stands out most is the accuracy of the lead information and the timeliness of delivery, which makes follow-up efficient and productive. I receive better lead then from other sources I have tried and currently have one in escrow, hopefully soon to close.

I have received a few leads from LL. None resulted in a close. I got two listing contracts but one changed their minds (gave property to family) and other is for a small lot (which is fine). Other leads’ quality was not great but I can’t say if that’s on LL or just the lead itself. I’m only a few months in so hopefully I will get more.

As far as LL as a company itself, they are nice and promptly follow up.

I started using Lead Lynx a month ago and have had 2 leads come in, have one active listing and an appt with the other this week. Working on increasing my leads through them. They are easy to talk to, havent tried to upsell me, even when I asked about getting more leads, and got my area increased with ease. I highly recommend them.

This company sent me leads of people whom they spoke to a long time ago and tried to pass off the recordings of the leads as if they were recent. The potential home sellers were people were confused why I was calling. Said they are not interested in selling. One was an elderly man with dementia who did not own the home. When I listen to the recordings of the calls, the caller is a person overseas who keeps repeating the same questions to the homeowner on the phone about whether or not they would consider selling for the right price.

I’ve been using Lead Lynx since September 2025 on their $80/month plan, and so far they’ve delivered about one seller lead per month. It’s not a massive volume, but the quality has been there—my very first lead is already under contract on a ~$240K home.

What really stands out to me is the recorded call that comes with every lead. Being able to hear the initial conversation before I reach out helps me prepare, customize my approach, and avoid going in blind. That feature alone makes a big difference compared to other lead sources I’ve tried.

The platform itself is straightforward and easy to use. In my specific market, most of the leads so far have been on the lower end of my target price range, so that’s something to be aware of if you’re focused strictly on higher price points.

Overall, I’d say Lead Lynx is doing what they promise: they deliver real seller leads. I’m still in the trial stage, but for the cost, it’s worth trying it, for me it hasn't been a game changer or anything like that, but adds an extra lead-generation option to my toolbox.

The lead quality and recorded conversations are solid Ive been averaging about one good lead per month, which is perfectly fine considering how affordable the program is. Im on their monthly plan, and honestly, its really cheap compared to other referral sites Ive tried. The cost is so low that even one closed deal more than pays for the entire year. In fact, I got a lead back in March through Lead Lynx that I was able to convert, listed the property, and just closed escrow recently. That one transaction alone made the whole experience worth it. If youre a Realtor looking for low-cost, quality leads, Id definitely recommend giving Lead Lynx a try. Its been a great addition to my business pipeline.

Going to start off with, I don't like lead gen companies... but I like Lead Lynx. I also hate cold calling. Here's the difference, Lead Lynx does the initial cold call and records it. When I get the lead I can listen to the call and gage the prospect before I pick up the phone. When I'm calling, I'm much more prepared and can go straight into a meaningful conversation that turns into an appointment.

Is every lead going to pan out? Nope, but that's still a lead I didn't have, and converting leads into clients, that's on you, and nurturing a lead takes time. Generally, the leads I have received are pretty solid and have resulted in sales for me.

I recommend Lead Lynx, the pre-screened calls and web portal are great and has made a positive impact on my business.

I used them and never received a viable lead. They sent me a lead who did not own the property, they sent me a lead to a property that had been condemned and others that were useless. They do not ask the right questions to find out if a lead is viable. So I am better prospecting on my own. A total waste of money!
