I've not received the product , despite it being schedule for delivery a week ago. I contcated them a week ago and followed uo 3 times, but still no reply by email or phone. Their customer service is non-existent.

Wrong item sent. After sending email to their customer service and saying my issue would take 24-48hrs to deal with it has passed their stated deadline for their false promise online. It is now looking like i will have to take legal advice for my next step. Avoid this company like the plaque.

Very disappointing customer service. There is no phone number available which I understand, they want to to email. I emailed twice and haven’t had a single response. Order took ages to arrive, when finally delivered was left in the rain, in full view of the street so it risked being stolen. Parcel clearly said, hand to resident, do not leave anywhere else. Leisure Warehouse not interested.

I'm giving full stars even though original order was wrong they quickly remedied it and sent me correct order that's all you can ask

Fair price good communication fast delivery and on time

Great, very helpful and provided exact info I needed for my caravan make & model.

The part arrived promptly, it was half the size of the original, but the leads were identical. When fitted it appears to be working as it should.

I’ve emailed your only method of contact multiple times regarding an item I’ve paid for which you mentioned was on back order but didn’t give me a time frame when it would be restocked. I’ve requested for a refund multiple times which you have ignored.

You delivered on what you said you would do

Product ok service less so. I ordered a piece for my Thule step. I waited a week or two and nothing came so I emailed the company who made up and excuse there had been a delivery issue and lo and behold the product cam a couple of days later. So yes use the company but be mindful some orders seem to get forgotten

Item didn’t get to Evri, but the store replied within 48 hours and have agreed to a refund.

My order was sent out for delivery the next day if ordering, I paid for 24hours home delivery but never received it for 4days, nothing to do with leisure warehouse, it was parcel force
