The whole process, from finding The Lighting Warehouse and the right lights online and Ordering to delivery was easy, quick and professional. I'll use them again.

Bought three (Eurotech) lights as 'Outdoor sensor lights'. Turns out, that the sensor unit has to be bought separately, AND they don't have the sensor unit in stock. So I've bought three lights as sensor lights, that aren't sensor lights at all.
Lost the receipt, and trusted this company to sell as advertised.

Really happy with the Sentry Solar LED Coach Post Light. It looks great in the garden and was really easy to install. Great quality for the price, will be buying more in the future.

I’m really happy with Muse picture light. It looks great above my artwork and gives off a lovely, warm light that really makes the picture stand out.

Got low wattage LED bulbs for my light stand: a red one and a warm filament one. Look great. Shipping was fast and well packaged.

I purchased lights from the New Zealand on line shop. At no stage was I made aware that the items are shipped from Australia and that you would be required to pay NZ customs. This has cost an additional circa $300.
The Lighting Company has completely ignored my complaint in relation to this.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS EVERYTHING IS SHIPPED FROM AUSTRALIA AND SUBJECT TO INPORT CHARGES.

My delivery was delayed and unfortunately, my large order was returned. What followed was an extremely frustrating experience with very poor communication.

I had difficulty getting any response from The Lighting Outlet. Phone calls were not answered and emails were not responded. After more than a month, I still not received my products back in WA.

During this time, I also contacted the company asking for more information about the fan and outdoor lights to make another purchase. Unfortunately, was not much help either. I made a large purchase from another company. The difference in customer service and delivery was significant. I received the entire order.

I would not recommend purchasing from The Lighting Outlet.

My order was packaged well and came quickly. I was able to find the globes I needed for my oven.

Was sent the wrong bulbs (8W instead of 4W) which are too bright for what I wanted.
I emailed The Lighting Outlet multiple times and never got a response.
Poor customer service. Will not use again.

I found the online ordering very easy, delivery was prompt and communication excellent. We absolutely love our new terrazzo bedroom wall sconces, they are a beautiful addition.

The product suits our home perfectly. The courier who delivered was rough - some parts were missing from the spike kit. Customer service went above and beyond, sending not only the missing parts but an entirely new spike kit.

Excellent product, fast delivery and good price. Would buy from these guys again without hesitation.

I have given 4 star rating. When my floor lamp finally arrived it was easy to put together and works really well. I'd give your company 5 stars if only you'd worked on your communication skills. I had to contact you to find out when my lamp would be delivered. Not good when I've spent a lot of money on 1 of your items. Please communicate with your customers.

I rarely find occasion to leave negative reviews, but the profound disappointment I experienced with this company compels me to warn future consumers. I strongly advise against purchasing from this website, where reality fails to match the online representation.

My intention was to purchase two black can lights. Upon navigating the site, I selected the image clearly displaying the black product. Unbeknownst to me, their interface requires a redundant, secondary confirmation via a dropdown menu; otherwise, the order defaults to an entirely different color. In an era where efficient, intuitive digital design is the standard, this convoluted system feels less like an oversight and more like a trap for the busy consumer.

As a consequence of this flawed user experience, I received two white lights that are utterly useless for my needs.

When I contacted customer service to rectify this honest mistake, the response was met with a complete absence of accountability or professional grace. I was told that the error was entirely mine and that no assistance would be offered. Most egregiously, the representative condescendingly informed me that my only two options were to either "use them" or "keep them."

Such an arrogant response is entirely unacceptable from any reputable business. I am leaving this one-star review to ensure other buyers remain vigilant against their deceptive website design and their dismissive approach to customer care.

Orders took over 6 days to fulfill, then sent from Australia.

To top it off my credit card details were skimmed, most likely from this site too!

Do NOT use this service if you are in New Zealand. It is a drop shipping from Australia. So even if it says it will ship tomorrow from Auckland. IT WILL NOT. They also don't reply to customer service requests about where your order is. I have now been waiting two weeks, with the package saying it has been delivered. Though it was last tracked to Auckland. And my address is in Wellington.

Contacted their customer service and they would only accept a return if you pay for shipping yourself + they keep a 20% restocking fee.

AVOID!!
