Fraud company - the only thing that works is their ability to take your money

This company is either a scam/fraud, or abysmally managed. Either way, you don't get what you pay for, and it's impossible to contact the company. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve attempted to contact them about my order from weeks ago, which I never received (and never got any notice of it shipping)

Many emails sent, all bounced (info at thelightingshop.co.nz, store+14291075129 at t.shopifyemail.com, accounts at des.co.nz) - all dead addresses
Call, number 09 526 4474 - not accepting calls/disconnected
Facebook, no answer via Messenger to "thelightingshopltd"

My credit card company is handling the dispute and has issued a charge back.

Avoid.

Do you know if this shop is even legit

Do you know if this shop is even legit? Placed an order for lights, paid for it, and have not heard from them. All their email addresses on the site come back as undelivered, and I have left numerous voicemails on their messaging system.

Returned Product Reimbursement

Requested a product return within the required 30 days. Returned the product immediately after their return approval, assumed they would reimburse the purchasing credit card and forgot about the transaction. I just received a check in the mail for the return - SIX MONTHS LATER and of course, minus some kind of $15 shipping fee.
