The Little Gem really is the only jewellers you should be going to. I have had a few pieces with them now and the service I have received is always brilliant and the jewellery is timeless so thank you!! My engagement ring is perfect!!

Great jewellers to find something different. I didnt want a hugely expensive ring and there was so much choice and found the perfent ring. It was resized on the day and they also went the extra mile with another ring i had an issue wihsuch good old fashioned service..
Also loved not being invited in off the street lkke many jewellers.
Its not all fancy with flash displays big settees and armchairs but a very friendly family business who gets the job done without pressure,

I was originally recommended this jeweller by a friend when I was looking for an engagement ring, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the suggestion.

From the very first visit, the experience felt personal, relaxed, and genuinely special. The guys took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, guiding me through the process without any pressure. Their knowledge and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that I was making the right choice and the final ring exceeded all expectations. My wife to be absolutely loves it.

Because of that experience, it was an easy decision for us to return when it came to choosing our wedding rings. Once again, the quality of craftsmanship was exceptional, and the hospitality made the whole process enjoyable rather than stressful. You really feel looked after every step of the way.

No where else I would go and trust with my sentimental jewellery. From repairs to re sizing these guys have been the best! I have used them for a few years now and everything comes back as good as new, thank you

Receipt 0485. My 18 carat white gold bracelet got a silver clasp connected. Also the faulty white gold clasp was not returned. I have gone to another jeweller to test the bracelet and the jeweller confirmed my suspicions. Once I complained in writing I only got a threatening phone call by the son of the owner. I also asked for the names so I can complain to the appropriate person & report, but was given only the name of the company. They butchered a very beautiful item and once I complained the son of the shop owner was rude, shouty, unprofessional & threatening. I video taped the incident.

Went into the Little Gem a few months ago wanting ideas for a 40th wedding anniversary gift for my wife James came up a design for a ruby and diamond necklace which is the stone for 40 years married,Both james and his dad Lou have made the white gold ruby and diamond necklace exactly as i wanted and it looks great . How nice is it to find a family business in Sevenoaks that gives a great service with modern designs and i will be back again many thanks to James and Lou regards Sean .

Lou and James made selecting the engagement ring for my partner completely stress free and put me at ease when i visited the shop to explain the ring i would like, walking me through the whole process. My partner couldn't be happier with the marquise diamond ring. Exemplary service, and we've since come back to have our wedding bands made by them. Couldn't recommend more!

My Edwardian engagement ring needed to be restored due the emerald cracking .
Lou and James were very understanding to the sentimentality of the ring to me and did an amazing job of replacing the emerald and building up the shank to give me more years of wear . I am so happy with it and would definitely go back again . Thank you so much 😊

Lou and James were great throughout the whole bespoke engagement ring design process. From sourcing different stone options to idea suggestions and helpful experienced advice, the whole experience was enjoyable and the finished ring was better than we ever imagined. I can’t thank Lou and James enough for their help in choosing an engagement ring for my partner. Delighted with the bespoke engagement ring that Lou created. The craftsmanship is excellent, but moreover, Lou’s advice on what setting would work best, and what we should prioritise, was extremely helpful. We originally spoke to a much respected, indeed famous, jewellers, and were quite certain we have a better result having spent less with Little Gem.

Recently purchased His & Her Wedding rings from The Little Gem and I can't recommend these guys enough! Lou & James (Father & Son) are a great duo with great experience and knowledge in the jewellery industry. As well as that, they are two very likeable and personable human beings! Also quite importantly they are very reasonable and fair when it comes to the price - but that wasn't the only reason we bought from them! I will be back to buy from them in the future for sure.

Really happy with Little Gem, I took my late mother’s rings, watches and necklace which I wouldn’t wear and made a beautiful bangle. Delighted with the design Lou suggested and the finished bangle is better than I imagined.

James and Lou were very friendly and helpful and I was able to get the perfect set of earings for my lovely girlfriend.
