Hello Suzanne, you are using the Borad-spectrum product. I would suggest calling us and discussing how much you are taking, when you are taking and your condition so we can work out the correct dose for you. There is no one size fits all with this and why ask people to call us if they have never used before and then once a week for a few weeks so can monitor dosage. I will call you now.
