Misleading postage times. Paid for 2-6 days delivery, took 13 days. Website lists an Australian address to make the delivery times seem realistic however the items are shipped from overseas.

Do not buy anything from this company if there is any chance it is defective or damaged and needs to be returned. The product I bought was made in China and shipped from California. It arrived late and the packaging was damaged. Customer service phone number never responded. Email response took several days. I was expected to return product at my own expense but it was to be sent to ITALY. The cost of shipping the product with unusual dimensions would be outrageous and not worth it. It is crazy that a return needs to go to Europe from the United States. This is a terrible company that sells cheap products. STAY AWAY

Hello, this store is not legit and fraudulent. I placed an order for $215.01 and never received the items. The customer service Millie and Maria are unresponsive and looking for excuses as of why the order has not been delivered and status of the order. There is no movement in the tracking # provided since December 18th. Do not purchase from this place unless you want to be scammed.

I purchased a ChatGPT-powered robot from Little Learners Toys as a Christmas gift for my son. The product arrived about three weeks late, which I understand due to the holiday season. However, the robot does not work as advertised. It does not respond to commands and repeatedly announces an error message saying it encountered a problem and to try again later.

I attempted to return the item for a refund, but no return label was included in the package, and the company’s website is no longer available. And my email also bounced back. The company is a scam. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I regret not checking customer reviews before placing the order.

Ordered a camera for grandbaby xmas gift, $52. It arrived about 3 weeks later and was a very poor quality. Made in China and shipped from California. Found another option from Walmart for $17, so picked that up and figured I would return the other. I followed the process and communicated with “Millie” who seemed helpful. Took several days to get the instructions for return, which included my mailing the package to Puglia, Italy. This will run around $38. Needless to say I’m not doing that. Avoid this seller.

I bought a sensory toy for Christmas. Giant jelly balloon ball. It was 65.00. When I received it. It was completely defective and wouldn't blow up. I notified the company and let them know and they said to return it. At my own expense. They are located in Italy. Shipping is more than 65,00. Complete rip off.

I ordered a 3d pencil and a case for the pencil for my niece as a Christmas gift. The shipping was with Falcon, which seems to be a small company; the delivery time does not match what they say. It seems that the products are from China. Additionally, the box arrived dented and broken. I requested a return, and they sent me a postal code from Italy, for which the return cost would be higher than the product. They do not offer other alternatives. Finally, they just closed the ticket without any solution.

Crap quality. Difficult return process. Now the email that I have Been speaking with them on has come back with a delivery failure. Scam company

I ordered several items earleir this fall. Finally received notice that they were shipped. Never came. Contacted the company (second week of December) and received a tracking # that indicated the shipment went o MNPLS and now is "stuck" there. Post Office said the company had to ask for a search. Contacted them and told them (Millie) that. Response was that they would look into it. I tried to contact them again and now the email address is no longer valid and the web site is not there.

Awful. No sign of my order, no contact or response to my communications. This is a scam stay away

Two sources of disappointment and reasons I will not order again. 1) unbeknownst to me, the product shipped from China, consequently delivery was very slow. This should have been included in estimated shipping time! 2) instructions are in Chinese and the audio (poor quality) is available in Chinese and in English with a Chinese accent.

The item arrived in a plain cardboard box. No images or anything. Alarm bells started ringing. The item was for our granddaughter for Christmas therefore not tried right away. The company were contacted and stated that if there were any problems to get in touch then.
Nothing will load onto the headset so we’ve asked for a refund. The company is saying we have not returned it within the dates stated. Feeling very frustrated and upset for our granddaughter.

The item was not as expected and came damaged due to the poor packaging.
Return policy has unrealistic rules. It took several days to get the return address. The item has to be shipped to Italy. I don't believe I will get my money back, so I'm not spending any more money because shipping overseas is $$ and on me to pay it. Over $100 down the drain.

Worst! Ordered Christmas presents on 12/11 because it said on the site they would arrive before Christmas. It is now 1/2 and the order has not arrived. Multiple attempts for help only answered by AI agent. I had to buy other gifts so children would have presents. I want this canceled and refunded

I would NOT recommend purchasing items from this store.
I was surprised when I purchased that it was in USD, which was not communicated anywhere on their page.
The postage was extremely slow, and there was little communication.
Two of the items purchased were faulty, and all items appeared cheaply made. It was advertised that we would receive a free toy, which was a dime-sized glitter-filled Santa that poses a choking hazard.
When trying to return items, I did not receive a return address and, after a number of follow-up emails, received one without a country specified. After further research, the return address was to Italy, at a cost of $ 76 AUD, incurred by the purchaser for faulty items.
