We are so sorry that you didn't have a good experience with our team.
We have looked back on the chat, and can see there was an issue with your card being accepted on our website, which must have been very frustrating.
The team member suggested that there may be an issue with you adding an incorrect billing address as you wanted the order shipped to an address which wasn't the same as where you are located.
I can see that when the billing address was amended the order went through, so i am glad this was able to be resolved.
When cards are declined, there really is nothing our customer team can do, it is the bank that declines the payment, not our website, so i am sorry again if they seemed unhelpful, but there wasn't a lot they could do to help in this instance.
We have taken your comments on board, and will try to do better next time, and we really hope you like your order when it arrives.
Thanks again for choosing to shop with us. We are a really small store in the UK and every purchase means so much.
