Amazing!!!
Customer service is amazing and the products are insane. Delivery is so quick and I’ve never had any issues. My only problem is I can’t get through the wax melts I already have to be able to buy more otherwise I will need a bigger house 😂

I love candles and melts and just when I thought you couldn't get better I discovered the little wax box melts.They are amazing. There is just so much variety and I love the fact that they are in different collections like all pink and all ladies fragrances. It makes it so much easier to select rather than them being mixed up.so Thankyou I'm one happy bunny 🐰

Service first class order arrived within 2 days, all packed beautifully too.
The presentation is so nice and very professional.
I have only used 1 up to now (black raspberry and vanilla) as I have only had them a couple of days, and it's beautiful. I'm very happy with my purchase and will absolutely recommend and make more orders in the future.

Good Morning Grant,
We’ve reached out via email but haven’t received a response yet so I wanted to reply here for you.
You placed your order on Friday the 28th of April in the evening, as it was a bank holiday weekend we weren’t back in the office until Tuesday the 2nd of May.
We then shipped your order on Wednesday the 3rd of May via Royal Mail48 as this is our free shipping option
Today is Saturday the 6th of May so Royal Mail have only had the parcel for 2 working days. In some areas they are delayed so this could be that cause of the delay.
I have checked your order status and it only says “despatched” on the Royal Mail tracking and not “Delivered” could you please email us a screenshot of the delivered status so we can look into this for you
