Wow! I am so impressed with the Living House. I had lots of ideas but was struggling to make things work together. Becky and Catherine really listened and made a design that is absolutely perfect for me. Will definitely be using them again in the near future.

I recently entrusted The Living House for the third time with the task of revamping my bedroom, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. Right from the start, they exhibited a remarkable ability to grasp my vision and preferences. Despite my budget constraints, they managed to create a design that was both daring and elegant.

What truly sets this service apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They listened attentively to my requests for something unique and bold, and they delivered just that. Walking into my revamped bedroom now feels like stepping into a high-end hotel suite – it's both luxurious and cozy. The room was an open plan kitchen/dining with one big long wall we didn't know what to do with. The team suggested breaking it up into 3 sections and to avoid losing storage introducing a vertical hidden cupboard to hide my wife's cook books and my sons toys - the dream! :D

Absolutely amazing!!

Catherine and Becky are absolutely fantastic to work with and were so helpful. I purchased a power hour and we managed to get through so much in such a short space of time. I left the call feeling so much more confident than I did at the beginning and they really understood and listened to my concerns and were polite enough to tell me where I was going wrong! Even when products were out of stock Catherine was so quick to come back to me with alternatives. The whole process was a breeze and they were able to fit me in at such short notice and before the mad Xmas rush.

I would highly recommend The Living House, you won't be disappointed! I only wish I had used them sooner and will definitely be returning!

Catherine and Sophie are quite simply fantastic. I have worked with them twice now, and they have put together wonderful designs for the master suite in our new loft conversion and my daughters' bedrooms.

Our loft looks like a hotel room, and even 5 months after completing it I still look round in awe every time I go up there! We are yet to complete our girls' rooms due to ongoing building work, but I cannot wait to get started on them.

The whole process is so easy - I sent them pictures from Instagram for inspiration, and following a more detailed video call Sophie and Catherine put together a shopping list and sent images of what the rooms would look like. I have definitely saved money by 'getting it right first time', and not buying things that I later feel don't look right etc.

I would highly recommend The Living House, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic design service. From beginning to end The Living House provided a brilliant service. The concept works so well. We would never have created such a fantastic room ourselves. We are very happy with the final result.

There's something about 'the living house' that stood out to me including the beautiful website design/colours and then the 5* reviews all round-and now I know why! Catherine and Sophie were both great to talk to and in the 1 hour power hour we achieved a lot. They had some very clever suggestions for our project, one of which was pivotal to our design such that we decided to do exactly what they suggested. I will be coming back to them when it comes to furniture arrangement and colours etc at a later stage for sure. Thanks again.

Lifesavers! These ladies are lifesavers. I was forced into a full house renovation (by my husband) and had no clue where to start. Catherine and Sophie came to the rescue and have supported me with multiple rooms. They have allowed me more contact than I should probably have had and I truly appreciate it. I’ve had wobbles and decided to ‘trust the ladies’ and it really is paying off. Absolutely priceless!!!

I'd had a fairly neutral and uninspiring design in the room from the previous owners of my home, and after four years it was time to do something about it - but I had no idea where to start, and things like colour pairing and furniture matching are well outside of my comfort zone! But Sophie and Becky took my vague likes and dislikes as well as random snippets of inspiration and made it into a design that feels genuinely 'me'.

As well as a great design, they were superb with a few follow up bits of advice as well as being able to recommend alternatives when some items went out of stock between the initial consultation and final shopping list being produced.

Sophie and Catherine designed our combined dining / living via the Maxi Living package. We were extremely pleased with the result, and I have already recommended them to multiple friends and family.

This was my first experience using an online interior design service, and I was initially unsure about spending money on something which my friends told me I could "just do myself". However, faced with a completely blank slate in our new house, and feeling intimated and overwhelmed by the sheer number and scale of the decisions facing us, we decided to take the plunge. I'm so glad we did. Catherine and Sophie helped us hugely with the decision burden, and guided us to make design choices which we might otherwise have been too nervous or lacking in confidence to make ourselves. The result is a room which we are extremely proud of, which impresses guests, and which we absolutely love. The process saved us a huge amount of time, and I also think that, overall, the package likely saved us money, as it meant we didn't make design missteps along the way.

To top it all off, the service was excellent. Both Catherine and Sophie were extremely responsive and went above and beyond the service agreement and timeline they outlined in our initial call. We were very impressed and will be looking to use The Living House again in the future.

Having spent ages struggling with my living room design, I decided to get help and I am so glad I did. Becky and Catherine listened to my brief, noted my style preferences and produced a mood board and visuals that exceeded my expectations. All I need to do now is shop!

Having worked with The Living House team on my bedroom and living room designs earlier this year, returning for help with my kitchen was a no brainer.

This brief, I felt, was tough – an awkward space with a limited budget – I explained I wasn’t expecting miracles. But, as ever, Sophie and Catherine went above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming and well-thought through design that flows seamlessly with the rest of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with it.

There are many reasons why I’d recommend The Living House to others, but to name a few:

2. Excellent value for money – whilst I enjoy soaking up design inspiration from books, podcasts, Pinterest etc., it doesn’t make design decisions any easier. The Living House team have helped me avoid hours of indecisiveness and procrastination and, no doubt, some costly design mistakes too. Their dossier notes, visuals, shopping list and advice make the whole process seamless (and enjoyable!).

3. I’ve come away with three beautiful designs that reflect my style, the features of the property, and with nods to some of my passions in life too. They’ve encouraged me to go bolder, brighter and bigger in places, whilst also keeping the overall feel calm and serene: my perfect little retreat.

What can I say? Spend the money on the interior design services provided by The Living House. It is worth every pence.
I recently downsized to a two bedroomed apartment. I was unsure of layout of one of the bedrooms which also functions as my office, as well as my living area. Enter Sophie & Becky.
Sophie & Becky provided a wonderful design, considering my needs for storage and multi functioning spaces. The end result is calm, warm, inviting, open feeling spaces that are delightful to spend time in. I have received so many compliments on the design and the use of space!!
The ease of the process is also commendable. Once we had a video appointment, Sophie & Becky provided me with photos so that I could choose different options. From there, they provided a layout plan and then the moodboard with design tips and shopping list. The shopping list was so easy to use and saved me so much time (and money from the purchasing mistakes I would have made).
I am incredibly happy with my experience with the Living House and recommend them wholeheartedly!!

Well what can I say, amazing, fantastic, supportive and throughly listened to exactly what we wanted. I inherited my parents home which was very dated. I initially only wanted help with my lounge, then booked a video call with them, we then went through how I wanted the room to feel and what the purpose of the room was for. They put designs and floor plan together and then a shopping list, which you click each item and it takes you straight to the shop to buy. I was literally blown away but how simple and stress free it was and how the room looked. I know I could never have got it like that on my own. Since the 1st room I have got them to help with my kitchen/dinner , hall , daughters bedroom and the master bedroom. My home is now a pleasure to be in and I’m so excited to show it all off. And it’s down to these ladies and I would definitely recommend them to anybody struggling to get there rooms right .

I came across The Living House on an interior design page on Facebook and liked the look of their website. From the first moment I contacted them they were sooo helpful and always quick to respond. We had a zoom call and I emailed them some questions and things I needed help with in advance. They were so down to earth and lovely to deal with. They immediately got my style and what it was I wanted, even things I hadn’t realised myself that made the design so much better. The current packages make interior design affordable to those who couldn’t afford an in person designer. I can honestly say I don’t think having somebody come in person would have had any better results than having done it with the ladies online. I was delighted with the final 2D plan and whilst I have made the odd tweak there plan has been exactly what I needed to help me see how it would look before committing. I also love supporting a business which has three strong women taking initiative to use their amazing talents in setting up their own company and bringing so much joy to the customers lucky enough to stumble across them. I am recommending them to everybody I know and will send pics one my rooms is completed. Please feel free to use any of my plans/pics online for advertising if needed.
