Terrible delivery and customer service

The product itself is what I ordered, but it was completely tainted by the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. It took *28 days* to receive my order. While I understand there were Christmas holidays in between, there was no communication at all about delays, no notice that the courier failed to collect it, and no shipping updates.

I also received no response to the email I sent. Only after making a phone call did the order finally get actioned.

I won’t be ordering from this store again. 👎

Had our order canceled 18 days after payment.

Ordered a replacement lid for our Pressure Cooker. Paid the money on the 1st of June. Waited and waited for delivery and then on the 18th of June get an email that simply says the order has been canceled at my request.
I did not cancel the order. I have also not received a refund or an explanation. Poor poor customer service. Beware.

Hi there, We can't see any such price on our website if you can share a listing or screenshot, that would be great, we sell the products as per NZ RRP and do offer price match guaranteed, it does not look like you have checked the price on our website but must be some other retailer's website
