The Thelo team managed the complete refurbishment of our 1950's semi-detached, including demolition, 2 storey side and single rear extension.

All the team were brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. They were clean, considerate of neighbours and produced very high quality work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.

I wish all tradesmen took this much care!

Adam and Dan at Thelo are a breath of fresh air. We have had quite a lot of work done on our house recently and used many different trades people and these guys were a pleasure to deal with, I wish we had found them earlier. Their professionalism, advice and attention to detail was greatly appreciated, even sorting out other trades peoples mistakes. We are so happy with the finished job and would not hesitate to use them again.

Thelo design did a great job on the refurbishment of our 40-year old rear extension. What was a dark box with poor access was transformed into a practical bright space which brings the outdoors inside with deep glass windows and bifold doors. We appreciated Thelo's careful attention to detail, from the initial consultation to the final decoration, and their safe working. In particular we appreciated their ongoing communication with us throughout the process of planning, preparation, building and completing the work, and felt that the house was safe in their hands. The team also worked closely with building control on inspections at key points so that the completion and electrical certificates were both delivered promptly at the end of the project. For our new build we wanted a natural stone plinth for the house, and two stone pillars to front the drive. Our project manager only understood brickwork, but Adam & Dan came to the rescue. They worked with our project manager to agree the specification and produced an outstanding stone plinth. We have used Adam & Dan for other elements of our build, in particular a smooth concrete base for a kennel block that needed a gentle gradient in the outdoor areas. They worked to the specification of the kennel builder who said it was one of the best bases he has built on.

Adam & Dan are definitely "can do" people with a strong desire to understand the brief and to delight their clients. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
