Deepa is an expert at her work. She listens to her patients and carefully constructs an individual care pathway to maximize strengths and work on weaknesses. I really like her wholelistic approach incorporating both traditional and alernative methods towards healing and recovery. So grateful for her care.

Deepa Morar is an outstanding physiotherapist and acupuncturist. I see her for acupuncture relating to coccydynia, chronic bladder infection and hypertonic pelvic floor. She also includes acupuncture points for nausea (a long-Covid symptom of mine).
Her work helps me a lot and I can't recommend her highly enough. She treats her patients as individuals and is very empathetic and caring. I am hugely grateful to Deepa for all her help.

Physical therapy with Mrs. Deepa helped me a lot in relieving the pain I was suffering from, and her treatment methods are excellent as they focus on strengthening weak muscles.

After experiencing issues with my pelvic floor muscles, I decided to undergo physiotherapy at The London Clinic.
Marta is without doubt excellent in her field, helping to clearly explain the cause of the issues I was experiencing and how they can be resolved.
I’ll be eternally grateful to Marta for her compassion and friendliness, which were key in helping me to return to normal activities pain-free.
Thoroughly impressed with the level of service offered at The London Clinic.

I was recommended The London Clinic for pain management and it has done so much for than just help me manage it. Deepa Morar provides an amazing and friendly acupuncture service that has reduced and limited my pain which has given me a new lease of life. She listens to my concerns and tailors my treatment every time I see her.
From physiotherapists to desk staff, everyone here is so friendly and welcoming that it makes me look forward to my visits

I have had acupuncture for Bell’s Palsy provided by Deepa. After my first session I have seen immediate improvements. Now 3 months later I have made great progress and this is due to Deepa’s knowledge and experience. I cannot recommend her enough.

I’ve had several treatments, admissions and outpatient care at The London Clinic. I’ve consistently received excellent care. The staff are always professional, compassionate, and attentive, making sure I feel comfortable and well-informed at every step. The high standard of care and dedication to patient well-being is clear.

I visited today the London’s Clinic/Blood Centre Name for a blood sample required for my nursing job, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, primarily due to the service provided by the receptionist, Simona.
From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I was aware that the invoice should be sent to my agency, not processed as a self-funding service. However, despite this knowledge, I ended up paying £326 for what can only be described as a super rude service.
The phlebotomist mentioned there should have been a discount, but Simona seemed completely uninformed and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration. I didn’t receive a simple greeting, and her demeanor was off-putting, making an already stressful situation worse.
For the price I paid, I expected a far more welcoming and professional environment. This experience has left me feeling unsatisfied and disheartened. I hope management addresses this issue, as no one should have to endure such a negative experience, especially in a healthcare setting.

I had a consultation with a Professor of Neurology at The London Clinic last year, which was a referral following an MRI scan. Unfortunately, despite the consultation being post-scan, the professor had not reviewed my MRI images prior to the appointment. He had to view them on my phone, as I had downloaded them myself, with no acknowledgment of this lack of preparation.
During the consultation, the professor remarked that the MRI was an unnecessary and costly procedure for the NHS, despite the fact that I had paid for it through private health insurance. This gave the impression that the investigation was viewed as a waste, rather than a necessary step in understanding and diagnosing my overarching symptoms.
One of my symptoms, Visual Snow Syndrome (VSS), was not well understood by the professor. I had to explain it during the appointment, and I did not feel my symptoms were adequately addressed overall.
Although a follow-up was suggested, I chose not to return, as I did not feel the initial consultation was handled in a professional or thorough manner.

Am still waiting in outpatients, our appointment was 1 hour 10 minutes ago and we are still waiting. There are no real apologies and no information about how long this will take. Apparently the Consultant couldn’t be bothered to be on time which is rude to say the least. It’s not what I expect for the price and is totally unacceptable. Will review at 1 star again if am waiting any longer
1 hour 20 minutes now. We also had trouble pre op with multiple emails to get information from a disconnected member of admin staff and surgery that was rescheduled three times because the consultant was changing his working days. No 5* service here

Awful unacceptable experience in mri dept.
The nurse explained at such length how he would place a venflon, but absolutely NOTHING about the contrast injected. No warnings of what it could cause! Unbelievable and not acceptable medical practice.
I go into the tunnel with headphones absolutely blaring a cocophany of 3 different radio programmes all on top of each other.
I use the emergency alert after 20 min of suffering and guess what! You cant make out whats being said to you because of the distortion in the headphones-I later thought that I heard the word arm! Not sure though-I kept telling him I could hear nothing.
I am not a stranger to MRI -I am a gp and refer patients-I also have had 5 mris myself previously-no terrible experience like today.
Is this service CQC rated? If so is it good? Not passable in my opinion
Nurse told me afterwards that the company knows the problem but cant fix it! Better replace the machine then cos you cant hear whats being said to you
As Im leaving the above nurse says sorry you couldnt have the type of music you wanted!! Just shows how little he understood the difficulties

Thank you to the physiotherapy team at The London Clinic! Especially Rochelle Francis who provided exceptional care and treatment for my hand. Rochelle is extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable. My hand has improved significantly in terms of strength and swelling reduction. Thank you so much for helping with my recovery. I would also like to say thank you to the booking & reception team for the Therapy Dept. They are all very professional and polite - service with a smile!

Firstly not very clean. Checked in for a procedure. TV in room didn’t work, telephone didn’t work. After procedure new room, tiny and out of date, cheaply fitted out & TV didn’t work again. The cost certainty is not up to standard of other hospitals in this category. The food equally lack lustre. The staff however are fabulous. Helpful, polite and kind. They are FIRST CLASS.

I was listed for surgery but I cancelled prior due to significant reservations I had. I had already paid the hospitals their costs and getting a refund is proving tricky. They appear to have delayed issuing because it needs authorisation from directors due to amount but we are now 3 days later with still no response. In the meantime, they are profiting from interest on my money!
The whole process has appeared very monetary orientated and this has detracted from my clinical care leading to my reservations and cancelling my complex major surgery with them. I had reservations about further costs relating to ITU care and I feel that patients shouldn't be hounded for money before procedures, this is what makes it seems money orientated and not focused on the best clinical care.

I had very pleasant stay at the London Clinic. I had an operation which required general anaesthetic and an overnight stay.
Every person I dealt with was professional, courteous, upbeat, accommodating, friendly and clearly explained everything that was happening or going to happen.
I felt completely at ease throughout and, at times, was delighted with the level of luxury. A heated blanket! A professionally cooked menu! A good night's sleep! I don't get that comfort at home, and it made my stay very pleasant indeed.
All the staff (daytime and nighttime, from the anaesthetist to the nurses etc.) took great care of me and I'm grateful for their hard work, skill and kindness.

I had a surgery here 4 years ago, after 4 years they sent me an email out of the blue asking me for 200 pounds I didnt pay.
At the time I paid 800-900 from my pocket and the rest was covered by insurance.
After the surgery, before leaving I went to reception and paid for the eye drops they gave me. Two weeks after I went again for a check and paid 150.
Now, after 4 years they are saying that there were 200 pounds unpaid.
I am honestly shocked, I dont have any documents anymore, I dont know if I have already paid it, I gave them so much money at the time.
I would understand if it was something of few months or even a year ago but you cant ask money out of the blue to people after 4 years. If I really own these money to them insurance could have covered it.

Wow!! If you’re ill… this is the place to be ill. Without exception all the team (I was on the sixth floor) were of a standard I can only hope for. Each of the team members looked after me as if I was much loved family.
Food and choices are superb.
Ben and Caroline in physio, made learning to walk again an absolute pleasure. During anaesthetic prep I became a bit emotional and anxious. Lily immediately held my hand until I drifted off and I immediately felt comfortable and confident. Alex, thank you for checking on me every few minutes! For all your names which escape me (anaesthetic and meds ..sorry) you know who you are, thank you is hardly adequate. Thank you Simon Jennings the surgical artist. Thank you Al Russell for making it all possible.
Life changing stuff indeed!

My terminally ill husband attended the London Clinic for 2 years for treatment. The range of specialists he saw was second to none but the inpatient care was consistently poor and over a year after his death I am still dealing with queries regarding invoicing.

The Finance Team is having a laugh - at the patient!
I can confirm that the London Clinic finance team's attitude, as described in all negative reviews here, is true. It is shocking how individuals on the phone number 02032193296 try to appear professional and make assurances despite of evidence that the invoice collection process messed up. They really could not care less and tell the patient to do whatever they want, they blame any issue on third parties. We asked them to stop the collection process after our insurance messed up and after our insurance confirmed they are now paying the invoice. The message sent by the Finance team (name on file) to that third party "must be in the pile and things get missed", according to another lady (name on file), who really does not care and would not get a job in Iceland with that attitude.
