The final product is fine, but there are a few rough patches and some dents they refused to do anything about.

There was miscommunication about replacing some boards.

The areas they sanded were dust free, but the rest of the house was covered. Their excuse is that the doors were locked, but we have no internal locks and one of the rooms doesn't even have a door.

Two days after they finished we discovered a gas leak directly under where a board was replaced. It seems very likely they knocked a pipe. Total refusal to take any responsibility.

I won't be using their services again.
