The socks were great
The socks were great! They were given to my boyfriend as a gift and he loved them. The only thing that was confusing was the delivery. I linked it to my Shop and the entire time it said “retrieving details”. The order arrived perfectly but without any notice or email or notification that it was out for delivery or on its way.

I am very disappointed with my order
I am very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered the Golf giftbox, but after washing them just once, 1 pair was already damaged. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better quality and durability.
I contacted customer service about this issue and even sent a follow-up email, but I never received any response. For a company selling products at this price point, I believe it is reasonable to expect both better product quality and a customer service team that actually helps when problems arise.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied and unlikely to order again.
Update: After the response from The London Sock Exchange, I sent two more emails to customer service. I still haven’t heard anything and haven’t been helped.

Great quality in itself. Packing could be improved.
It was really good. The quality of the socks were exactly as expected. The designs beautiful. The recipient loved the gift. The only thing I would improve on is the packing materials. I think it was delivered in a soft post bag, with no cushioning, so the thin cardboard of the box the socks came in was slightly bent and creased. I deliberated whether to gift the socks in this creased box or not, as it slightly cheapened the effect of the gift, but in the end I smoothed it out as best I could and did so. So while I’ve still given five stars overall, I’d really recommend working on a sturdier packing option so it arrives pristine.
