Good product
I have been using the product for a couple of weeks now. I find convenient to have all the supplements needed for the day in one easy to prepare drink. I begin feeling more energetic, I feel less pain in my joints and generally in a better mood.

The drink is ok, I find adding a bit of lemon and/or lime juice makes it more palatable. Have definitely noticed less of an afternoon slump since using it. Will continue for now and see what else comes up.
My issue is more with the customer service, when you place the order it tells you the estimated delivery date big and bold throughout the process, but the actual delivery date was over a week later.
It's also weird that there is no nutritional information on the website or the packaging. Isn't that an EU requirement? I would like to know calories, protein, carbs, fibre etc, not just the supplements. I reached out to them on social media and got an answer for protein and calories, but I feel like this should be transparent and readily available information considering the target audience.

Regarding delivery times, you are right to call this out. We display estimated delivery dates based on fulfillment partner data, but in some cases delays can occur once the parcel is with the carrier. We are actively working on making these timelines clearer and more conservative so expectations match reality better.
On nutritional information, this is a fair question. As an EU-compliant food supplement, we are required to list active ingredients and their dosages, which we do transparently. Calories, protein and carbohydrates are present only in very small amounts and are nutritionally negligible, which is why they are not always shown by default. That said, we agree with your point on transparency and we are currently improving how this information is presented on both the website and packaging.

My husband and I
My husband and I, has been using it since October, and we´re honestly surprised by the effect. My husband has always had some sort of rash on his back, no found allergies.. GONE
And my perimenopausal ( ADHD medicated) brain is fresh even after 3 pm. Joints less stiff and better sleep. It is now a steady morning routine for both of us!!
Combined with a good water intake and healthy diet it really works.

I’ve been using Longevity for about three months now, and overall I’m a satisfied customer.
The taste has improved since the recent changes, but to be honest it’s still not something I would call “tasty.” Another downside is that it doesn’t dissolve very quickly in water, so you need to stir or shake it a bit longer than expected. That said, these small issues are worth it for the results. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my focus and my sleep quality. I also feel like my skin looks healthier, it appears smoother and has a nice glow. Even with the taste and mixing problems, I’m happy with the product because the effect is clearly there.

I haven’t started taking the product properly yet, but I’m giving it 5 stars because the customer support was incredibly fast and efficient in resolving an issue with my package.
A lot of companies underestimate how essential good customer support is for retaining customers, and you’ve absolutely nailed it. Hats off to the team. I’ve worked in this field for years myself, so I really appreciate when it’s done right.

I haven't been using it for very long, but I haven't yet noticed any positive effects. I sleep well but am tired during the day. This could be due to my age or the fact that I am unable to exercise due to a serious knee injury.
