Still not even delivered!!! No response from customer service

The items bought have not been delivered and the app in which you require to track the delivery would not sync.

21st December i ordred and still not received my order!! And no response from emails I've sent

Useless customer service, I ordered on Sunday night and paid £3.60 extra to get first class delivery thinking it would be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday and I would receive by Wednesday or Thursday. Nope😩 still no dispatch email 3 days later and I’ve tried multiple times today to speak to someone (online chat & email message) with no luck so far! Just want to cancel my order and go with one of the big name retailers that I can trust will deliver.

Absolute disappointment! Product arrived and its not working. Sent an email about almost a week now, no response!

The product descriptions and pricing, particularly on their LELO products, are misleading. My product arrived on time and is good for what it actually is, but I could and should have gotten it cheaper elsewhere as it is an older model sold at the price of the newest one.

I placed an order with love erotica and received a prompt email saying that unfortunately the product I ordered was out of stock, but was offered a great alternative instead. The alternative was slightly more expensive in price but they kindly offered to waive the difference in cost due to the error. All emails were signed off with a personal signature and there was clear communication throughout. Amazing customer service and the products are great, too. I would not hesitate to order from them again!

One of the items I ordered was out of stock, so Keiron got in touch really quickly to offer an alternative. My order came really quickly and very happy with everything. Would definitely order from them again.

The product I received was amazing. It was such a shame that I only got to use it once before the button at the top stopped working.
