never rcvd oil from previous order

never rcvd oil from previous order, my email never was responded so I called and was told they would file the claim and a new order would be sent out, no updates to my order as of late, called again 1/16 to and I sat on hold for over 30 minutes

Lots of products, poor communication

I placed an order 12/15, and verified all of my information was correct (email, etc). On the order completion screen, it said I would receive a confirmation email, as well as an email when the order ships. I did not receive any confirmation email for several days. I called at the end of the week 12/19 and was told they were doing inventory so orders were slow to ship out. I said no problem, but still needed the order confirmation email with the receipt. They read back the email and I confirmed it was correct, I did not receive an emailed receipt, or any notification that the order shipped. I called again 12/30 to request the receipt and see if the order shipped. It was out for delivery that day, they did also send me the invoice as well. I am disappointed with the communication, not sure if the automation was down when I placed the order but I would have expected to get an email immediately upon ordering. I should not have had to call a second time to get the receipt - End of year accounting is critical and this came down to the wire unnecessarily. I hope that by the time I place my next order, I won't run in to the same problems.

Easy Purchase

I don't usually make a larger purchase online, but I did and was very surprised and satisfied with this company and customer service. Delivery was timely an an easy transaction.

They don't deserve your business

We needed an emergency delivery and couldn't get anyone at the Lubricant Store to respond so I had no choice but to order elsewhere. They delivered without confirming. It just showed up and when I asked for them to take it back I'm told "all sales are final". They even shipped against my account!!!! Their audacity is unending. I had to dispute the credit card charge to get our money back.
Worst customer service and support ever. Please don't give them a chance - they don't deserve your business.

Not the best experience

Not the best experience. I placed my order on Friday and only received the goods a week later, and that was after I called them. Even though their site says same-day order processing. On top of that, two of the containers were leaking — luckily, they were packed in plastic bags. In the end, I was short 1 gallon of coolant.

Wrong product was delivered to me and…

Wrong product was delivered to me and I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service, demanding a resolution, but the situation is yet to be resolved. This is terrible customer service.

I don’t think I will be doing business with the Lubricant store again in the future. Really not happy.

Order hasn't shipped never left and no response from customer service

The email sent from you on June 9 said the order has shipped. However tracking information shows it still hasn't left Elgin, IL as of June 23. I sent an email to support on June 13 because I've been unable to reach a rep on the phone. No response on the email. No response from the voicemail I left. I thought I might get lucky and get through to somebody as it said I would be put through to the next available rep. After 8 minutes of waiting, I got thrown into a voicemail box. I will be filing a dispute with our credit card company since customer service is non-existent with this company. My first and only experience with this company has been negative 5 stars. Good luck if you need support with anything.
