10/10 especially for the price there’s not one flavour I don’t enjoy

Thelumiclub offer an outstanding service which begins with their excellent website. Communication is brilliant as is delivery which is generall next day. The prices and choices are outstanding and if you choose an easy to manage subscription there are even more savings to be gained. Flavours are excellent and well packaged. Definitely worth a visit.

Lumi Shipped my Tubs to me extremely quickly, and the variety in flavours was great! unreal value compared to some of the over the counter pouches

Great great pouches. I have been with Lumi for over a year now and never had an issues until the last time. Great quality for money absolutely no denying that. But last time my subscription payment went out twice (it’s December so I can’t afford to pay twice this month). I sent an email to ask the team to cancel it, I had to send 3 emails to get a response. I then did get a response and it was extremely aggressive and the information wasn’t actually true that she gave me. She said the refund was made and the order was cancelled almost as if I was supposed to know. I stated that I never received an email back from you, a cancellation confirmation, or the money back. Again ignored me. I then sent another email saying it’s been a week and no money back can I ask when it will come back. Ignored me for 2 days, AND THEN she started issuing the refund. Really really really not impressed with the customer service, and actually getting things sorted. The product so worth it and their delivery, but their customer service is so poor.

So I had to renew my my subscription and 2 payments came out. Obviously I wasn't happy with it so I got in contact with them and I just couldn't be bothered so I ignored the email they sent. And pretty much a week later I got a message from them personally. I thought it was a scam but it wasn't and I've never known a company to do that. Honestly I was impressed and this person did admit their system is flawed and confusing and has put in a request to make it more streamlined. Just carefully read through when ordering or renewing a subscription.
In the end I didn't want a refund as it will continue normally now.

These are decent quality nicotine pouches at the most affordable rate I have yet to come across without having to order insane amounts of them.

To get the pouches down to the prices you're paying here, even without the new customer deal you'd be looking at ordering 50+ at once so this is a solid website to use.

I had one issue with tracking my delivery and support were quick to help me out and get everything sorted.

Pouches arrived in about 2 days, but I did order on a Sunday.
