I had an excellent experience working with the NISADE Guest Experience team, especially Joda.

Their responses were always incredibly prompt, professional, and detailed. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and they took the time to think through every aspect of my trip, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.

We booked 3 nights stay at Kozue Niseko with Nisade and I must say the support by the team was amazing.
After a few days post booking the property for our stay, I realised they adjusted the price for each night to a slightly lower rate.
I emailed them to confirm that and asked if they could honour the lower rate for my stay since it was only a few days ago when I booked the property.
Gracie from Nisade reservations responded within 24hrs and offered to adjust my room rate to match the current lower rate as a one time goodwill gesture.
I understand this is sincerely out of goodwill and I truly appreciate the gesture!
Also on other requests like airport transfer, they responded rather promptly and I’m already enjoying their stellar service even before I started my holiday. Thank you team Nisade!

An Nguyen liased with us and was very professional and provided us a very positive experience booking for our Niseko trip. Very prompt and accurate replies as well detailed explanation of the booking process. Highly recommend booking through them for your next trip!

We spent 5 nights at Cloud Nine Ungasan Villa in Uluwatu and had an absolutely incredible stay. The villa itself is exceptional - huge beautifully designed minimalist rooms, stunning open-plan living spaces, and every amenity you could think of, from the rooftop spa and cinema screen to the air-conditioned gym, pool table room and excellent coffee setup. It managed to feel both ultra luxurious and completely comfortable at the same time.

What really elevated the experience though was the team. Martin, the manager, was constantly and calmly making everything run seamlessly behind the scenes. Wahyu brought such a fun, sociable energy to the villa, and Yoga was just wonderful - so warm, kind and genuinely caring throughout our stay.

And Vincent, the chef, deserves a special mention. His food was honestly phenomenal and became one of the highlights of the entire trip. Every meal was full of flavour, beautifully balanced and restaurant quality - to the point where most meals we had out afterwards just didn’t compare.

Overall, a genuine 5-star experience in every sense. We left feeling incredibly spoiled and can't wait to return!
