i got an instagram dm about doing a collab. i tried ordering what was a cute looking bear hoodie. it’s now been a month and no one is answering my messages and i hadn’t gotten no emails about my order. that’s €20 gone in the trash.

Worst experience ever! Shipping took forever and the quality was awful and haven’t heard anything from them since. Such a scam. Don’t waste your time with these people

Horrible people! They scammed a 13 year old out of her birthday money! You should be ashamed!! So horrified! Ordered product that never arrived and no response to email inquiries.

I ordered my jumper just before the start of lockdown and it’s arrived today 6.7.2020! It’s perfect size my jumper. It’s just very very slow delivery

Scumbags. Absolute scum bags. Didnt receive my Co Ord so I tried emailing them only to find out that they put a fake address on their website. FUMING!!!!!!! I've gone from being an influencer and having my own 25% off code (Hogan25) to having -£ 30 in the bank. Yes I used my last £30 on this trashy website and now I'm in my over draft. Don't deal with these people. PAGANS!!!

Haven’t even gotten my package after a month, no one will respond to my messages and they have no way of contacting them on their website because the email they give isn’t real. This is a full scam and they deserve to be shut down and give everyone their money back

Again, as previous reviews say. Fake account on Instagram messages asking if you want to want to ‘collab’ you take up the offer and get 30% discount and your own discount code. I ordered my items on 16th June and they still haven’t arrived and I have not received a confirmation email telling me what is going on. Again, I messaged a girl called ‘Chloe’ who I was advised to message once I had agreed to ‘collab’ and asked what was going on and where I can find a valid email. She told me to wait for the products and send them back? What’s the point considering they hadn’t even been shipped yet?? Absolute scammers, won’t answer my DMs now and I have gone through my bank to take this further.

Absolute scam! Don’t buy from this website. They’ll take your money and never ship your order and then they’ll ignore your messages on Instagram. Absolutely disgusting.

This website DM me off a fake account asking me to become an influencer and gave me a 30% discount code. I found something I liked and used the code and there was a glitch on my phone and ordered it twice, I emailed there contact email with the mistake and the email bounced back saying IT WASN'T A REAL EMAIL. As I was in conversation with both the shop insta profile and girl named Chloe, I emailed them about the mistake and asked for a valid email and I was blanked. 10 days later I haven’t heard anything from then and order still hasn’t come.

ABSOLUTE SCUM DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY NEVER EVEN REPLIED TO ME THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND DISSAPEARED

The same thing as other reviewers, THIS IS A SCAM! They messaged me about being a promoter then gave me 50% off on their website. Said my order number would come in a couple of days BUT IT DIDN'T. Again, THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

STAY AWAY! BETTER OFF WITH shein to be very honest. Of course another SCAM in another country where they promote INSANE discounts only to never shop your order and BLOCK you on Instagram. I ordered over a month ago and have yet to receive any confirmation. But my money is surely gone. The luxe pink was messaging me over and over to buy and promo now they have no one opening messages.

I ordered with the luxe pink on 11/04, one month ago and still haven’t received my order.

Not only that, but they have disabled their customer service email and have been ignoring my messages !! They have also now blocked me on Instagram.

They are luring people into buying clothes with them by saying they will give them endless discounts if the customer promotes the items on Instagram!

I have reported them to trading standards- I’m afraid they will have robbed other people of their money without delivering clothes or a refund !!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE LUXE PINK! Be warned
