Ordered 2 handbags 2 months ago and have not received anything. They kept saying it was in transit. Tracking was nonexistent. Tracking company had no website. Asked for refund and never heard back from them.
EDIT: STILL WAITING. Promised a refund over 3 weeks ago and nothing but empty promises about the refund being processed. Had to take it to the bank.
I placed an order on 25 November 2025 the site says 5 -10 business days delivered. It's now 5 Jan and still no bag. I have contacted them multiple times, each time they tell me that the item has been shipped but the tracking number shows no movement at all. It only shows that the shipment information has been received. Nothing about the parcel being received by the shipping company. Ugh looks like I'm going to have to cancel my credit card.
It took over two months to arrive with over 30 emails. They promised a discount since it took so long. Big lie, no discount to my original form of payment ever happened even after they said it would be processed multiple times. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
