No customer service
Had absolutely no correspondence from this company bar the initial order confirmation. I had a text message and call from a random delivery company (I had no idea the package would be delivered by this company) saying a parcel was being delivered, with no explanation who the parcel was from.
I ordered a sink which has arrived in tact and is nice but I wouldn’t order from this company again.

Great service and the look of a boutique hotel bathroom without hefty price tag
Great customer service and the matte white Irvine sink looks super stylish, and is fantastic quality. We have had a marble surround custom made and it looks like a designer boutique hotel bathroom, but without the super hefty price tag. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I can't praise this company highly…
I can't praise this company highly enough. After a long drawn out project, they kindly held delivery on our bath for quite some time, offered various bits of advice about manoeuvring the very heavy bath, its siting and waste fitting. Following delivery they continued to provide personal support regarding some damage that was caused during install and sent a repair kit FOC. So throughout the process that have been excellent. Not to mention the quality of the product being of the highest, stunning bath!
