Terrible Organisation

We arranged a viewing of a property with the agent who confirmed despite the property being sold they could still accept viewings and that there was a tenant in the property who would tour us. Upon arrival at the named time, the house was empty and nobody ever arrived. After speaking to neighbours, we discovered the house was empty and despite the seller communicating with Lynk’s multiple times regarding the status they still allowed us to book. Unfortunately, upon contact, the agent failed to reply at all. Terrible service and doesn’t fill you with confidence as a buyer or seller when messing people around, providing false information and failing to perform as asked.
