If I could give zero starts I would. To be fair this is not a rating of the product because I never actually received it! I placed an order and after over a month and at least 6 attempts to reach their customer service via phone and email I submitted a claim with my bank to get my money back. This was the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced. Shame on them for not responding to a customer. Guess I’ll never know how well their goggles work and they certainly don’t deserve my money again. Also, they are not members of the better business bureau.

You need to glue it. Even if the app scans your face, the goggles are sucking your eyelids. There's no customer service ( I wouldn't leave this nasty review if there was one), and you are all alone trying to figure out why you pay for suction googles that don't stay without glue.

I placed an order for the Googles in November and still have not received the product in mid January. I have sent approximately 10 emails, all of which went unanswered. I have also called them in USA about 15 times, but none of my calls go through. There is no voicemail or any way to leave a message. This is starting to feel like a scam.

Ordered two weeks ago and it still says being produced in 1-2 working days. When I email them they say they'll respond within 24 but they never reply to you. Feels like one big scam.

1/10 - The worst goggles I have ever purchased. Lasted 3 swims before they were foggy. Tried them a few times in different conditions and they are absolutely horrible. I wouldn't normally write a review but the customer service is also a 1/10, especially if you are in Australia, just forget about getting refunds or anything of the like.

Cannot fault the product or customer service. Dealt with my query effectively and efficiently. 10/10

Buying process works very well. You receive different mails about the process status and several tips to your new googles and the idea behind.

Also the googles himself are a gamechanger. Fits well and in our club more people changed to magic5.

Although I had initial issues with the scan due to

If I get as much use from my new bundle I'll be delighted
My nephew who lives in Denmark introduced me to Magic 5
I honestly wouldn't buy any other goggles
They appear expensive but bought in the sale are excellent value for money

Very happy to have found this company. First pair we received did not fit properly. As soon as we filed an easy claim. Someone reached out immediately, and my son had another pair quickly.

First Impressions

I really liked the whole experience from the very beginning. The app and the face scan process are explained in a clear and detailed way, so it’s easy to follow and use. After placing the order, you regularly receive emails with updates about the status of your goggles, as well as useful information about how to use them properly.

This is a big plus, because even though it takes a relatively long time to receive the product, you always feel that they are communicating with you. Thanks to the constant updates, you never worry about what’s happening with your order.

I tried the goggles for the first time today. I wore them loosely, exactly as recommended, and there was no water leakage at all. They are extremely comfortable and don’t create any pressure. The first few lengths felt a bit unusual, as the experience is different from traditional goggles, but in a very positive way—and it didn’t take long to get used to.

I also really like the blue lenses. They give a fresh, clean feeling in the water, and it’s refreshing not to see the yellowish sunlight tones and colors.

Overall, I’m very happy with the product so far. Everything works exactly as described, and the experience fully matches what was promised.

The process it’s super easy. You choose the goggles you like, you pay, download the app, scan your face and that’s all!
Now, I’m waiting for the custom goggles.

Great set of goggles that fit perfectly.
They are not low cost but they are well worth the price as I have never had any more issues with water in the goggles anymore.
