I have given five stars as without a doubt the magical gift boutique is prompt and reliable from moment of order to delivery at my door .there is full communication throughout and even before completing your order website will state if there will be a delay because of back or pre order I'm very happy with all aspects of the website and as a customer you could not ask for a smoother transaction ....the only snag now I have is with Brexit living in ireland I have added cost of custom charges so I would advise anyone ordering from Ireland to be aware of that .The magical gift shop does stock beanie boos I can't get anywhere else so I suppose being able to get an exclusive out weighs cost of customs and my daughter is happy which is priceless

My daughter is an avid collector of TY products and we recently came across Lynne's shop & it is now the only shop we will ever use for TY purchases!
Excellent communication & Lynne is also very helpful...would 100% recommend! Shipping is also very fast!

If I could give it a zero I would. It arrived beat up and I opened it and the toy had a rip. So I had to bin it and buy another else where waste of money

Quick arrival time however very lucky items ordered were not damaged as the box had a big open gap in it. Could have happened in transit.

My delivery of Mr Bean was delayed due to circumstances beyond Lynn’s control. however the communication from Lynn regarding my order whilst waiting for it to arrive was second to none. She continued to offer an exchange for a different product or a refund if I didn’t want to wait for the item, however he was worth the wait and my son loves him! Thank you!

Lovely store for Beanie collectors
My daughter has just started to check Beanie Boos so I was really pleased to find Magical Gift Boutique. We ordered matching sliders, bag and beanie. Delivery was really quick and most importantly my daughter loved the items. We will definitely be back for more.
