This company is a complete joke & a waste of your time. They are the parent company of The Magic Touch USA. I've been ordering from them for alittle over a year. I can honestly say that not one order had ever gone smoothly. My initial order, I never received any confirmation. I had to contact them to figure out when I would be receiving my items. I ended up receiving the shipment before they ever emailed out the software I also purchased. Not once did I ever receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info on any order that I placed. I would have to contact them to get any shipping info. Then I would find out that my items shipped past the 1 to 2 day window that they state on their website. They also state that If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. That never happened.
On Monday 7/16/18, I ordered transfer paper from them. It never shipped out & I never received any shipping confirmation. I contacted them 3 times on Friday 7/20/18 via email & phone about my order. No one got back to me. I finally received an email front Joseph Eric on Saturday 7/21/18 that it was back ordered & would be shipping out first thing on Monday. At no point did they ever make it known when I was ordering or after placing my order. I then contacted them again on Tuesday 7/24/18 & Wednesday 7/25/18 for tracking info & was finally told that it ended up going out a day later than the "first thing Monday" I was told. I was also given a 20% promo code to use thanks to them dropping the ball.
I ordered again on Tuesday 11/13/18. It was against my better judgement, but I only ordered because I had a 20% off code to use. That was the only reason I ordered. Again, I was never given a shipping confirmation. I contacted them on Wednesday 11/14/18 for tracking info & was told that the paper wouldn't be coming in until Monday 11/19/18. Similar situation as July. I contacted them 5 times via phone & email on 11/19/18 for tracking info & never heard back. I even tried contacting their lead sales rep Jorge Rios that you see in all of their training videos & never heard back. I received an email early this morning 11/20/18 from Carries Tejada letting me know that Joseph Eric would be getting in touch with me later on today in regards to my order, indicating that it again never went out when he said it would.
At this point, the project I needed this paper for is past due & I'm so far beyond fed up with this company that I cancelled the order. I did end up getting an email from Joseph Eric later on that same day letting me know that he took the initiative & refunded my money because he didn't want me to have to wait any longer for the paper to come in. Riiight! You know, after I had already cancelled & received my refund earlier that morning. Nice job Eric!
I'll never buy from this company ever again & I warn anyone who is thinking about doing so. They have a decent product, but their customer service is an absolute joke.
