Shoddy service, repackaged goods
The order was placed for next day delivery and a Tracking Reference was supplied. When it didn’t arrive I was informed on Monday that the order placed on Friday was too late to process and so should arrive within the next day or two. This apparently was my fault as
i should have read some invisible small print.
It arrived on the Tuesday, not in the original packaging and without assembly or user instructions. I will never order from this company again.

There was an important structural piece missing from a traffic light bought for my grandson and his face said it all when he realised this.
However, when I emailed The Magic Toyshop about the problem they politely and promptly replied and sent the missing part to my grandson. It was speedily delivered … all good!
