We booked a home with him in July

We booked a home with him in July, he canceled the reservation 2 weeks prior to our stay and won't refund our money. He's had our money for 7 months. He has ghosted us, he's a scam artist and a fraud. Check out the reviews on Yelp. 3 days after I wrote mine there were 3 new reviews that were so contrary. AI generated with fake profiles. We've got lawyers, Dade county police and the FBI pursuing this. Beware people. DO NOT RENT from Cesar Garcia.

When we arrived in Miamai our villa was…

When we arrived in Miami our villa was not available. After a lot of hassle we got an alternative, very different from the booked one. The Maruca Group is a very unprofessional company. I will not rent anything here again.

We had rented a villa here

We had rented a villa from the Maruca group. But it didn't look like the villa in the pictures. It was very disappointing.
