I placed an order for a table on December 4th, and it arrived on January 2nd. The product is beautiful and I’m very happy with it. I also appreciated the step-by-step updates throughout the process, which were very helpful. The only downside was the long delivery time—I got a bit impatient. But was it worth the wait? Absolutely. I’ve returned chairs that were never unpacked in November and they refuse to refund me!!!!! Absolutely insane! Customer service is a joke. I have all proof and it’s been a nightmare. DO NOT BUY from them.

I had a disastrous experience with this website. Although the products themselves are very nice, the delivery & customer service was absolutely terrible.

I ordered several items, but they provided no shipment information. Without any notice, they even triggered a return themselves while I was still waiting for the products. Only after I contacted them, they initiated the delivery to be sent again. Because of this mismanagement, the delivery time was extended to almost a month whereas the initial communication was 10 days.

Later, the second part of my order arrived, which was a mirror. Unfortunately, it was delivered completely broken into very small pieces. I asked them to pick it up, as it was difficult and unsafe for me to dispose of it myself, but they offered no help at all and simply told me to throw it away.

Despite this, they charged me for the return and refunded me less money, even though they did nothing to manage or collect the returned item. I also requested compensation for this horrible service for my overall order, but they were not cooperative at all.

Throughout the whole process, their responses were unhelpful, uncollaborative, and unacceptable. Overall, this was a horrible customer service experience, and I would not recommend purchasing anything from this website.

I was a little anxious because of the reviews on here, but in our case everything was great. The tables are fantastic and the delivery was smooth.

I would love for them to add the option of delivering it into your home (not just the ground floor) - I would definitely pay good money for it.

I would rate this experience a minus 10000, total scam!!! We ordered the same products twice, and each order we waited for it for more than 4 weeks and at the end they would contact us and tell us that order has been returned to Spain!!!! Without explaining why or what was wrong. This website is a scam and a waste of time.

I ordered some items that stated 10-12 days for delivery. I have filled out the contact form twice for an update on delivery and also sent an email but had no response. It’s only slightly over the agreed timeframe but very concerned I can’t get a response from any customer service representative.

Three months after delivery, some rust appears on metallic stands for umbrellas. (I live in south of France, it never rains during summer...)
They don't want to hear anything

Fraudulent and awful company. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a table from their website, and cancelled the order within the cool off period. They refused to reply for weeks and then for months refused to refund. Have been rude and dismissive constantly, I still have not received any refund and it has now been four months since I cancelled the order.

Ordered chairs on 2 Dec arrived 20Dec. The chairs are perfect and lovely quality. As has been mentioned previously the lack of communication is the only drawback. I made sure I had a copy of the order number. No confirmation email received. I tried to contact but no reply. No delivery date received. Driver just turned up so not sure what would have happened if I was out. However on saying all of this I would absolutely order again as it all worked out well.

The worst website ever , I ordered 4 chairs I paid almost €400 and they are still not here we had to buy another 4 chairs so we could sit in our home.. so it was almost €800 now.. they don’t return on my mail and you can’t call them? I really want my money back or the chairs before Christmas I ordered already 18 days ago 😭 DON’T BUY FROM THE STORE

I reached out to customer service three times. No reply. Impressive consistency.

I have never experienced a company more intentionally set up to avoid customer contact and be so devoid of accountability, its laughable.

No phone number so you cannot speak to someone directly and sort out an issue quickly, an order form that sends no confirmation of your query, so there is easy plasuable deniability on their end; it is all intentional.

I made an order recently, Ref: SNAXEJCHK. I was notified earlier today that it was delivered via email...my package is no were to be seen around the premises of my residence.
A few days prior to this when checking the tracking information on my package, it showed it was received at customs on 05/12/25 and on 17/12/25 it was "CANCELLED" and "RETURNED".

How is it possible my order went through customs got rejected and sent back, then I am told its been delivered. How is this possible?
I have emailed asking why this was, no confirmation of my query and no reply...of course.

To charge £20 shipping and you cannot even provide accurate tracking or updates is just pathetic.

I am unsure whether this is just a dropshipping company as they ship from China, or their logistical delivery partners are so bad, but the entire setup of this company is to take your money then have zero contact with you in order to frustrate you to the point of giving up.

I had a great experience with The Masie, the products arrived quickly and I love the quality especially for the pricing! I’ve ordered from them twice now and will definitely order again!

The product is fantastic (we bought a table), but the customer service is truly embarrassing and inefficient. If you receive the right package, consider yourself lucky. If you receive the wrong one, prepare for two months of emails — most of them unanswered — and no compensation for the inconvenience caused.
