Tried repeatedly to get an order update…

Tried repeatedly to get an order update and a tracking number for my order- never got a reply.
I was sent a notification my order had been dispatched but it contained no tracking number. This is really concerning for customers who have spent several hundred pounds on ordering from you.

I will not ever consider purchasing…

I will not ever consider purchasing from the site again. I wanted for 6 months to receive my chairs. No further notice or update when requesting to understand the timing of delivery. When delivered one chair was broken. I was in touch with customer support for another month, just for them to offer to send the broken piece. No refund whatsoever. I will be awaiting the broken piece in another 6 months from now. In case you would like to receive your furniture before 1 year of waiting for it and you appreciate good customer support, do not order there.

After several purchases on this website…

After several purchases on this website — products whose design initially really appealed to me — I am ultimately extremely disappointed. I bought a mango‑wood TV stand that turned out to be infested with wood‑eating insects, and I had to treat it myself. Then my partner offered me a beautiful office chair, but the paint is already chipping in one spot. And finally, I bought a garden table‑and‑chairs set: the table is wobbly, and the chairs don’t even fit under it (even though that’s supposed to be one of the product’s selling points).

I contacted customer service and sent photos and videos as evidence, but they refuse to acknowledge the defect in their product.

In short, we spent almost €1,000 on this site, and I will NEVER give them another cent. Truly a company to avoid.

Terrible customer service, unresponsive.
Poor quality items. Quested return upon delivery and heard back a month and a half after with no resolution.
Parts missing to build the side table I bought
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible CS after purchase

I received an email mentioning the order had been shipped but there was no reference number included so that I could check the status from the carrier website. I have been chasing this for more than 19 days but there is no response from the CS. Terrible service.

Impossible return service

I ordered by mistake two extra chairs I didn’t need with my full order and it’s been more than two months trying to return them. Customer service apologizes and says they will fix it as soon as possible, but here I am more than two months later.
Summary, If you dont live in Spain I would not recommend The Masie to anybody.

Paid over £800 a month ago, received nothing so far

UPDATE 22/05/2026: We received a shipment yesterday after nearly two months and it's the wrong items!!! We got delivered a sofa as opposed to the coffee table and parasol we ordered. The order was delivered in black shrink wrap so you couldn't see what was in the boxes but with the correct delivery note attached so we didn't think anything was wrong. However once we unwrapped this we noticed the items were completely wrong. They don't even resemble our order. They're also huge and now taking up our front drive on a pallet and we're unable to park our car here. I have messaged the company but they don't reply to emails, they don't have a phone number and the courier they used also cannot be contacted. I've never come across such shambles of a 'company' before. No idea how they are allowed to be in operation. Let's see what happens to the 5 boxes of sofa elements sat on our drive subject to weather and access by the public. It really is a joke.

Paid for a coffee table and few other items under order number HFYJOXSSZ on the basis it will ship from the 26/04. It’s now the 01/05, no communication received from retailer, no response to my emails sent and no item or despatch update. By reading the reviews, this sounds like a common issue. I paid nearly £800 for this order yet the service so far has been non-existent. If they’re unable to meet shipping dates they should show items as sold out instead and not allow reservations. Otherwise I feel like they steal money and don’t provide the goods in a timely manner. I’m not sure if this is a scam and I will ever receive my items or if I should report this to my bank and claim my funds back. Such a shame so many people feel the need to have to badly review in order to get any form of acknowledgement from this company.

The delivery keeps being postponed

It was shortly resolved after the review, but still the lack of a clear communication is a bit disappointing.

We've ordered 1 lamp and 2 shelfs on the 6th of March with reservation. While it was written that lamp will be in stock on the 16th of March and shelfs will be in stock on the 21th of April, we still haven't received any info from the company. Already sent 2 e-mails and 2 messages through their contact form on the website, but nothing from them. Right now it's written that the lamp will be in stock only in August, which seems crazy, as we ordered it in the beginning of March thinking that it'll be reserved and sent with shelves as soon as they are available.

It seems crazy that we need to wait 3 more months because they haven't reserved a lamp, while they should have done it.

Didn’t get my oder

Didn’t get my oder, send 2 Mail in 2 weeks no responds! After three week of waiting the said i will get refund in between 10-15 days. That was at beging of April and still didn’t refunded me.
Very disappointed of their costumer service.

Marble table with defect but no refund

We bought a marble table and then we realized that one side of the table is not completely flat, and as a consequence the plates are making a noise while eating. It is subtle, not easy to realize, in fact at the beginning we thought the plates were not flat. But then we realized that on some other side of the table the plates are not making that noise, therefore it's the table to have problems. We asked for a refund or damage repair, but they claimed that since we notified after two weeks we don't have any right. I understand this is the policy, but it is just bad customer service. You should understand the context: it was not easy to realize the problem and we eventually got a damaged product, but the company doesn't care.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I placed a €300 order in February and have received no updates since. Despite sending three follow-up emails, I’ve had zero response. For a purchase of this value, the total lack of customer service is unacceptable

I placed an order in February, and it wasn’t delivered until April—without any communication to explain the delay. I sent six emails, all of which went unanswered.
When the order finally arrived, we discovered a large crack while unpacking. We left it in the original packaging, took photos, and contacted the company immediately. As the item arrived damaged, we expected a full refund.
Instead, they offered only a third of the price back—an absolute joke. When we declined, they stopped responding to our emails altogether.
