Very good experience
I will be honest, before this training I was very bad with objections. When someone say "I need to think" or "it's too expensive" I would just accept and finish the call. Didn't know how to continue the conversation without being pushy or annoying.
Marco teaches a completely different approach for this. Is not about having answers ready to pressure the person. Is about understanding what is really behind the objection and addressing that. Someone says is too expensive
-ok, but what this really means? They don't see the value? Is genuinely outside their budget? They are comparing with something cheaper? The training helps you discover wich one is and in the right way.
I had a call two weeks ago where the prospect gave me three objections, one after another.
Before I would panic and probably lose the sale. But I used the frameworks, stayed calm, worked through each one. Closed the deal at the end of the call. Was a very good feeling, like I finally know what I'm doing.
Tish has been very helpful also. I message him sometimes when I have a situation I'm not sure how to handle and he always give me good advice, very practical. The support makes big difference because you can apply what you learn to your specific business.
For me was a great investment. If you struggle with objections like I did, this will help you a lot.
